Quote from Nathan_French_14 :I would love it if scale models were made of LFS cars.

If they were in at least 1:18 scale, i would buy them no matter what the price.

yeahh 1:18 is the best size

We just talked about scale models in one of the danish forums, and then the thougth stroke me.

Has this idea ever been up here ? I tried searching the subject, but I couldn`t find anything about it !?

What if the most popular cars, let`s say Xfg and Xrg, was out there ?
Would you buy them and at what price ?

I would pay around 30 Brittish pounds for such a scale mode and a lot higher, if the model was with our teamskin

EDIT :
And I would preorder, and prepay to make such a project possible !

Quote from AndroidXP :It's hilarious and depressing at the same time to see people give serious responses to the poll results.

I choose this way of "reading" the poll :

ppl are tired of these poll`s, and choose to make fun of it, because you can`t own Nfs and Lfs, and then choose Nfs as the most realistic thing

Quote from Mazz4200 :How come Scalextrix isn't on the list ?

Pound for pound you'll not get much more realistic than this.

LOL - I would fear that ENORMOUS DOG, in that simulation.

Me, and my brother, got such a scalextrix racing set, nearly 40 years ago That was grat fun !

My heart really bleeds, when I look at this poll. NFS on top ?
But what the heck - There are many danes, which are better Lfs racers than me, and they have never been driving a real car !?

Thats old and young people, bust mostly young

Personally. I don`t do drifting, and I never, ever will drift. Not even for fun !

But I find it very, very good, indeed, that Lfs provides the drifters with opportunities to do "their things".

I don`t think you got the message.

Yoy should NOT be able to add parts, but just tune up the existing parts and bits of the engine.

It could be really fun, if you could drill holes in the carbody, to save weigth, and the possibilty og damaging the car

That is done in the real world, and I could not see what should keep it from being done in a car simulator !?

All the extras, as the guy in the first post mentions, I am strongly against. But the real deal - NOT !

Quote from johnr32 :Im afraid i have to disagree with parts upgrading..this is a racing simulator, theres no such thing as upgrading parts IRL races, just tuning here and there. I think its nice enough as it is.

Yes !

Tuning the actual engine parts, could be a good update, sometime.

Never ever the "part" business, and I don`t hink it will be done

Quote from orange101 :In the new version of live for speed the should get back the turbo car and also make it you are able to change the time of day ( sunrise, day, sunset and night) and you shouldalso be albe to turn on your lights and keep them on. They should still keep the manual trany i think that they did a good job on that but they should still see if they are able to make the proper automatic trany for if you just wont to cruse a round before you go and race.

You could start out, buying the s1 version. Then you`ll get the Xrt back, and then save up money for the S2 version.

Quote from Infiniti :Sounds like German technology at its finest clashing with England's finest programming
But seriously, probably should post up his specs and a picture or video of what he is experiencing.
Maybe he just needs to a reinstall of LFS?

No german car would suffer from that kind og problems
Maby they are using brittish cars, that sounds logical

BESSERMACHEN !!!

EDIT :
The only problem with german cars is :
I can`t earn the money to buy one

We had no computers, back then, when I went to school. The biggest progress in technology was the pocket calculator. That early calculator costed the same as a computer today

So I didn`t even own a calculator

Did i mention that i started in school in 1963

Quote from Dygear :I also could give a crap, I have a G25, but I use a mouse. Explain that if you can, b/c I really cant.

Lift some weigths BOY !!

No coca colas, burgers or chocolates for you, and ride your bike or do some serious jogging. Then some day you will have the power and stamina to control the G25

Quote from 5haz :Well to be honest i dont care, its only a letter and two numbers.

Maybe it is a bit childish showing off that you have a G25.

I think im going to put (Crappy Thrustmaster plastic wheel that keeps coming off in my hands) in my name now, how about that for taking up screen space!

Joe

PS: 5 minutes after I posted this the Thrustmaster wheel died!

Now you speak of childish.
You think that people having G25 in their names, are childish.

I think that 5haz is REALLY baby language, and further more - IT REALLY ANNOYS ME !!!

Or should 1 writ3 - 1T R3411Y 4NN0Y5 M3

When I see numbers taking place for letters, I instantly think 7, 8 or 9 years old people, with identity problems.

So don`t throw with stones, when you live in a glass house
