The first thing the old UK Highway Code used to say was do your utmost to avoid a crash, meaning regardless of the other rules. I don't know if it's still there since the new one has been introduced recently. I try and make a point of reading it every few years, it's surprising the number of little known rules you forget.
I'm surprised at only 30 participants (4 DNF) given the 36 signups including the reserves.

My aim was to finish top ten given the speed of the FZ50s and others.
I was surprised to qualify 6th with a pb time
eraser was a bit too cautious into T1 and I went past and immediately on front of me NIKI had a little slide. I couldn't take advantage because I had to avoid hitting him and eraser went past again.
Lap 2 and Vain sailed by on the start/finish straight. I thought 'here we go' ratchet of the FZ50s passing on the straight and being unable to pass them in the twisty bits, but that was the only one. lococost nearly got me on the following lap the same way, but from then on there was sufficient breathing space to avoid it.
It was a good battle following eraser for a few laps. I managed to get past and pull out a gap for a while. The cars in front were increasing the gap every lap. So it went a bit quiet for me in the middle of the race.
Towards the end I could see the following cars were gaining, so I concentrated as much as possible just to minimize the closure rate. I was surprised to see Ghost_CZ had slipped up and was right in front of me with half a lap to go. He kept it together and I followed him home for 5th. I'm well pleased with that, was an enjoyable race.

Congrats on your G25 Dan. Sounds like you got yours just a week after I got mine, so we're both noobs with it at the moment.
I've found the gear shift an absolute blast to use in the XFG and I don't mind being a little slower because it's worth it for the fun value. I hope that I'll become just as quick in time, I'm having to switch on throttle blip to help.
Because the LRF cars are faster between the gears, there's a little more speed lost using the gear shift. I think I'll be sticking with paddle shift for Road Sport Winter Cup - at least until I'm more familiar with gear shift.

In summary; if the fun aspect of using gear shift is outweighed by too much speed loss, I'll use paddle shift. It's all about fun!

My Wingman Strike Force 3D takes the same as my MOMO Racing - 24V, 0.75A - which is handy since I lost one of the power supplies.

When chosing a replacement power supply, match the voltage and polarity. Make sure it can provide the requested current as a minimum (you can go bigger, it only uses as much as it needs)

This season we're using a stylised number on the side as part of the overall paint scheme, so on a selfish note I'd prefer no forced number plaque.
It's OK to use a power supply with a bigger current capacity than needed. If you find once with, say, 24V and 1.0A then that's usable - the wheel will draw as much as it needs.

I started collecting them last season, but found my PC was stuggling at the start of the race. So, back to 512 
I find it only feels like understeer when you go too fast into a corner, then the inevitable oversteer when you boot too much throttle in
Their coverage of RSC seasons might be improved with pictures of us racers. I noticed another league they were reporting on had them, and it looked good to see a face next to their virtual car.

I've been in previous leagues where 2 worst rounds are dropped.
Most other races had to miss some events due to going on holiday or had disconnections. I showed up to all events (no disconnections) and my 2 worst scores where not counted. The other racers where not penalised for their zero scores, my embarrassing results where ignored, hehe.
