You're not guaranteed the full download limit all the time, you're actually sharing a bigger connection between many users from your local telephone exchange. Domestic broadband is commonly 50:1 contention ratio, more expensive business broadband might be 20:1 contention ratio.
Depends on how many are using the same link in your area as to the download available. More likely better download speed with lower contention.
Apparent as slower service at peak times, though you might get lucky This is just one of the bottlenecks that may slow your service
The stupidest part of this LAW is the requirement for signs bloody everywhere! Every single entrance to a public place has to have a large sign, with more signs inside the building between sections, public transport, company cars etc.
Do we need signs to tell us not to murder, rape, pillage? Once people are used to this law these signs will do nothing but make everywhere look messy, it's government grafitti. The sign making companies must be laughing themselves silly.
Agreed. I would like to see other lighting occasionally, instead of 'not at all' at the moment.
I once sprang a lighting change on racers for an ESL league race, nearly got lynched. Yet, they wanted a different lighting again the following event. Maybe people just need to get used to the idea first (like from this thread )
