I think with the right setup and a fast computer.
I'm using G27 with 27" lcd and all settings to maximum.
I may even hook up my Saitek X52 for the additional buttons.
And don't forget the two mods for physics and speed limiter.

Sorry but, i read all 9 pages, and i But I have not drawn any conclusions to work G27Leds finally.... I bough yesterday (the G27), so i'm noob with him, but i had a G25 and i had LFS configured for use REVLIMITER and CSR at the same time, but trying to use G27LEDS, now, i cant use anything, leds, csr, revlimiter... anything...

Anyone can show me how i need configure OG_RELAY for use 3 app at the same time? i dont play lfs for a year... So now i dont know how to configure it!!! And sorry my bad english, im spanish.... hahahah....

P.D: That's my last "game" on LFS, near 1 year ago... (i uploaded that video 1 month later i stop playing LFS).

Hi, I'm Vojtěch. I'm 16 years old and live in the Czech Republic. I wanted to register as "Vojta", but this nickname was already taken by another player, so I wrote there "Vojta7". 7 - using Windows 7 :-) I joined on 7th October and till now I've driven 1374 km and my goal is to get at least 100 km every day. I'll stay a demo user for some time, because prior to buying a license I decided to buy a good wheel, which will be a used Logitech G27. I'll have enough money (used ones are sold here for about 4000 CZK/$200) probably around Christmas. Then I might buy a license, probably S2. LFS is now the only game I play and I'm trying to talk over my friends to register too.

It is about achieving a result, and if a tactic works then that isn't cheating.
It does have Shyte handling so it is more like civ with an overall outcome rather than a driving sim so what's the issue.

As much fun as it is it really isn't a driving game, and even with a g27 it feels like driving through custard.

Fun, but more fun being a total loon nailing it up the inside on loops and pushing cars out the way gently, which the ai fails to recognise as a penalty.

Hi, I first played the LFS demo 4 years ago with a flight stick. After going back to it on and off and a 2 year break I ended up with Race 07 to give simracing another go. I also finally got myself a wheel (the g27). So I started a new account with LFS and just recently bought S2. I've signed up to a local league and look forward to learning how to race better as I'm a good 4 -5 seconds a lap slower than those guys

also my profiler didnt work anymore.. It didnt find my G27 at all, so i re-installed it and it works for now.

Mhh.. Now it works somehow BUT is it just a typical problem when I move my wheel very fast just a little bit it starts to vibrate.. :/

So this is the situation now: Even tho the wheel in the LFS dosnt turn correctly, the car still does what i do with my G27 wheel so its a minor problem now, the bigger problem is that if i dont hold the wheel all the time it starts to vibrate or how should i put it.. Going from right to left very fast and repeating (only turns a lil bit then turns a lil bit to the other direction and keeps going) I assume this is NOT normal..

Hello. Just got my brand new G27 from the mail.

Now I've been trying to set it up for some time and as u might guess, not going so well.

Where should I start, I installed the thing that came with the wheel profiler 5.10 if I remember correctly. Everything works smoothly and is accurate.

But in LFS (I have tryed couple of things like "let games control your settings" and not letting it do it, searched for the correct settings for the profiler AND the game, still the wheel in the game dosnt really turn the same way i turn it in real life..

(Sorry for my bad english but i guess u can still somehow understand what im tryin to say, lol)

So.. What could i do when the settings for the game and the profiler didnt do anything, is it the profiler or what is wrong here..

Ill add more info just tell me what u need I dont know what to say :/

Ok here's the problem in nutshell:

When i turn my G27 just a littlebit it turns waaaaaayyy more in the game ALSO when i press the gear thingys behind the wheel the wheel just goes nuts, it kinda "vibrates". or something (This "vibrate" means the wheel just turns right and left so fast it vibrates)

Ok so what the heck might this be?

I'd rather pay the extra cash for a G27 than a DFGT. Its pedals, force feedback, everything is much better. But if you are on a tight budget the DFGT is a perfectly valid option to buy.

Lol, just tested FZ50 GTR and after driving XRT for a long time (In the alpha demo) it feels like Im driving a space shuttle. Cant wait till I get my G27 so I can get started with my first ever wheel. I think I made the right choice even tho it costs a fortune.

I'm so glad I can be part of this thing. Never did I even think about cracking this game, I honestly want to support LFS as it is so great and fits perfectly for me because my computer cant handle most games but in LFS I get 80-130fps wich is just great!

I think i'll check the multiplayer out when I get my wheel

Hello drivers! Today I did what i've wanted to do since I tested this EPIC game the 1st time. Bought S2 licence AND also added G27 in the mix. (It hasnt arrived yet, should arrive in couple of days)

So I got couple of questions for you guys:

How does the skins actually work? How to set them up and stuff. (Oh, I have some xtra cash on my account, where do i buy those "credits"?)
I've heard of this things called "Tweak". What does it mean, is it a mod for the car?

I have no drifting experience in the real car (I do drive cars tho) but I assume you can do much nicer drifting with the same power than u can with keyboard?

When i switch FF off the LED dont work.

This has been asked many times on youtube, forums, bbs' etc. Never saw an answer.

What is the wheel you're using? The wheelrim clearly is from a G27 but the what in the world is the base? It seems to have faster FFB response than my T500RS

Yes, Arch Linux + WINE + G27 (and DFGT) has worked great (with FFB) for a year at least. The downside is, if you don't have a recent Logitek wheel, you don't have driver support and thus, no FFB.

For the haters: Diablo II has more FPS under WINE than under WinX.

I have my beloved Logitech MOMO Force Red for sale if anyone interested... I know it is a bit of an oldie but still in excellent condition, fully working.
I upgraded to a G27 and now the old one is out of use. I have to tell that in some aspects I regard the Red one to be better than the G27... I really would like it to go to someone who actually use it, that would be a shame to see it out of use. I can send it within the UK or you can pick it up in Poole, Dorset.

I've searched high and low to no avail. It seems that nobody makes spare parts for Logitech wheels. I found my old momo wheel (right after I bought the G27, whodathunk) and I'm missing few parts to it.

1. Bottom center plastic screw
2. Top cover
3. Accelerator pedal chipped.

Anyone know of someplace online / black market that I can find these?
