8200M is 10 times slower than 7800GTX (if not more).

Which wheel is it? For some wheels, you can use generic 12V PSU from anything like a router / external HDD enclosure / LCD monitor, there are thousands of things that use 12V.
If you don't have spare 12V PSU, you can get a decent one for not-so-much ($15 with free delivery) here.

If it's not 12V, there's still possible to find a replacement, just not as easy :P

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus - $30 (use this myself, CPU never goes over 50°C heavily OC'd)
Scythe Ninja 3 - $50
Thermaltake Fio - $58
Cooler Master V8 - $60
Thermalright Venomous X - $75
Noctua NH-D14 - $85

If I was you, I'd either get Hyper 212+ (best bang for the buck) or Noctua NH-D14 (simply the best air cooler out there). A good compromise between those two could be Scythe Ninja 3, if D14 is too expensive for you.

Don't get those crappy watercooling kits tho - they perform worse than most of air coolers I listed, and they're overpriced. If watercooling is used, it should be used right - with proper pump, proper rad, proper fans etc.
Same goes to tire-looking Zalman's CPU coolers - they were good. Aren't anymore.

1. that chipset cooler works fine even with XBOX HEUG Creative X-Fi Titanium HD and E-MU 1212M PCIe.
2. It's fine for Cooler Master Hyper 212+ and Noctua NH-D14
3. You just had bad luck, I had 2 ASUS mobos died on me but it doesn't makes me think ASUS mobos are bad :P

This should work, but your PSU will be pretty much maxed out (this GPU is 225W max., CPU = 125W and HDD+mobo = ~25W, that leaves only 25W remaining

You need a modded LFS dedi .exe file which disables OOS completely, but those can't be posted here. Google is your best friend.
