Hello again TBO addicts. Signup thread for the next #liveforspeed TBO race, this monday, 4th of May.

With only 2 races to go, we'd like to see as many races as possible online and as few as possible spec during the race


Track list looks like this for this round:

The race is open for everyone to sign up - so we can keep the number of racers above 15. Anything below this amount, and we'll have to try again the week after. Racers will be accepted to the race in the order they've signed up in, so be quick.
Sign-ups will be accepted until 17:30 UTC, race day (monday, May 4th) - at this time, server and password information will be sent out in a forum private message.

The schedule for race day will be as follows:
At 18:30 UTC the track is decided and practice starts.

• 15 min Practice
  
• 20 min Qualifying
  
• 5 min break
  
• ~20 min Race 1
  
• 5 min break
  
• ~40 min Race 2
  

Rules: Required 3% intake restriction for FXO, visit http://www.turbofun.tk/ for the rest of the rules, the points system and other stuff. (or http://vari.1g.fi/liveforspeed if that doesn't work)

haha, it wasn't one though. It's just popular to fall to spec, for some people, when you've gone off the track in the same spot a few times and lost a lot of places.

I'm the same, though I've driven a fair distance I should think, I still suck. It's nice to have more non aliens in this league, so I don't have to drive around the track all alone. WE1r was bad though, so next race should be better for us. Glad you aren't one of those people that spec if they fail a little

shitty driving as always, but I managed to not be last, even after crashing twice. How was your first #liveforspeed race March Hare?

I know I am, in about 2 hours and maybe a little before that, to get warm first.

Like previously mentioned, it's not complicated. If it seems to be, maybe it's on your end. Logging in doesn't count down on the unlocks, unlocking does.

@ghezzotrox You'll be fine, as long as you don't "lock" your copy of lfs for no reason or have to reinstall twice per week.

YOU, don't have to wait at all. Try playing lfs without your mind drifting towards the Scirocco. A lot of us are doing it already and it's fine. Also, nobody has a damn clue when it's out, you should know this by now.

I hate to defend Phlos, but he only temporarily took over the forums, in his own words, to point out a flaw. Afaik he has not done it since, which is the whole point of a ban. Sure, he's done a lot of other crap and there are a lot of other people I want to see banned before Messy, but shit happens, to shitty people.

For the record, it's not like chopping the springs on your car, as much as it's like removing them completely, imo.

last lap of race 1, I went wide and caught some sand with my rears and got passed. I swore and was annoyed. In race 2, I managed to put it in the sandtrap 3 times and I was faster than the people ahead of me, so I was quite pissed. Raced alone for 15 laps I think, god it was shit.

Still, I stuck with it and came in last and I'll do the same thing next week

and thank the lord for that. That has to be one of the worst things on some other forums. Users with endless amounts of useless poop in their signatures...graphically represented.

I hope you've fixed your controller issues Shaun. The way you swerved last race was way too dangerous.

what's the point of this? How is it an improvement?

Actually he said he had not seen a road car with it, maybe pointing out how it's not that popular. At least not for now. No need to get pissed.
