If you really feel that way, you're incredibly ignorant. Just because someone is a mod or admin on the forums, you want them to ditch races to help out people that will most likely wreck anyway? Hell, they might even wreck other people. With a crap set they're at least crashing at the rear of the pack.
If I ever was to be graced with someone asking me for a set, I would also wait until I crashed or finished the race. There's nothing arrogant about that, just because you might be able to type and drive at the same time. I can't, I'd most likely faint if my nose started to itch in the middle of a race.

I'm not sure it's been mentioned or not, some posts were too long for me to read without losing focus. But if user added mods was a part of LFS, why would we ever need S3? Hell, why even leave demo status? I don't think that would lead anywhere nice.

Am I the only one experiencing problems with lfs and Ati Tray Tools? I've installed the 7.6 drivers with the control center and I tried lfs, before I installed ATT. Worked fine. Then I installed ATT and LFS wouldn't start for more than 2 seconds and just close with no error. If I close ATT, I can play lfs just fine. Might just be me so I'm going to ask before I start looking for answers.

I see no problem in having it there, it's not even a popup or anything. Just a tiny moneymaker and we're chipping in a little by not blocking it. Or otherwise making a big deal out of it

They obviously did make the demo good enough. Most of the S2 guys, if not all, tried the demo first. Some of us drove there for a long damn time too. We ended up buying it, not complaining.

On another note, I still don't understand Dale Ernhardt's crash How he died in that, it seemed relatively light.

Has there been any development in this case BigDave2967? I think I have the same exact problem with my dfp. I try to drive straight and sometimes it just jerks the wheel to one side down the straight. Only tried lfs though. Thought it might be dust or something inside, but after having dismantled it a few times and just looking at the thingies and blowing air inthere, I'm sure I can't fix anything inthere myself. So, I would like to know how it's going for you.
