I have just come across this thread (almost literally:tilt, what a great gesture Tristian, you are a top bloke.

You will all have a great time at this I'm sure. I would love to come to something like this with you folks but due to working away at random dates I cannot be sure of being anywhere right now unfortunately.

No, but I did not see the announcement that Scawen had released GT2 cars for this sim? GT2's are a user made mod and I don't like driving them because I just don't. Even the GT2 cars in GTR2 handle better in what my little head anyway

As I'm now an ardent iRacer I would much appreciate it if any of you irrelevant LFS folks that should like to contact me in the future do so through my PA and not directly, there is a chain of command now implimented.

I do agree that they should concentrate on the physical aspects of the sim rather than new cars and tracks etc. You would think accurate tramsmission modelling would be up there with their top priorities. Random engine failure is not enough when there are issues with the tyres, break temperatures and transmission. I suppose iracing could argue that it's a racing sim and not an engineering sim

Ban GT2, I tell ya, problem solved, horrible GT2 cars......whinge! moan! grump!.......meh no one listens to me.....every time i go on CTRA 3 your all driving those pussy foot GT2's......get a bloody real car.

End of yet another moan about GT2's by me......no one ever listens but I feel better

Oh and to the OP, my stats read 'You have competed in: 1,389 races and driven 13,654 laps on the CTRA system' and I still finish half a lap or more behind the leaders, so chin up mate your frustration at being slower than the fast guys will only get worse, best get used to it
