Eve online, the only game I play with other people outside racing. Fantastic and even after 7 years I'm still learning things, continuous updates, skill training advances in real time so you cannot grind, great concept. It's not fairy waving fantasy, space ships are way more interesting . Eve market and commercial system is very very good. PVP can be wonderful.

Downside; it's too expensive for casual gamer, it is not suitable for casual gamer, very steep learning curve. Missions are a bit repetitive, NPC generally suck.

Another game similar to this would attract me. I would like to see a driving MMORPG, but I'm not sure how that would work?

Mind you a drunk dragon sounds fun!

I should stay away from any forums when drunk. I got a bollocking from Nim Cross for apparently abusing someone the iRacing forums last night! I've never been banned from iRacing forums in more than 3 years which is actually surprising!

To be honest it would unfortunately need more than CTRA to get me back racing full time with LFS at the moment. Since I found mariokart no ther sim comes close.

Andre, perhaps your connection has a problem and you are blinking on/off to the other drivers? Don't take it personally mate, I would get S2, join a club and get some proper racing sorted out for yourself. Way more fun.

Oh and get your internet sorted if that is the problem?

In all seriousnes DON'T DO IT! I started sim racing maybe 6 years ago and got hooked! I have spent a small fortune on sim gear, been almost divorced from my wife (not joking) and have now bought a real race car and turned into a petrolhead nurd. My charm with the ladies is now null etc

Take up knitting it's far cheaper and your girlfriend will love you!

FFS I have been sitting at the start grid for over 3 years now and my tyres have worn down due to erosion! Someone said CTRA would be back in a few weeks but to be honest my patience is getting thinner by the second. I've been eyeing up mariokart and if CTRA doesn't start soon I may have to jump ship! i want that platinum licence!

Oh and has anyone seen a Moose in a car? easily noticable as he's likely to be spun off track. And if you have does the F%gg*t still have long hair?



LFS was my first love and will be my last....well until I finish this bottle of Black Grouse....tastes the same as the standard shit to be honest but meh!

I spent many many an hour playing Age of Empires (conquerors) back in the day. No other RTS has come close to this for me. I have SC2 but it doesn't grab me in the way AOE did.
