If you'd asked me a year ago I would have said that their is plenty of content to keep everyone happy in LFS, infact LFS was all I played. Now I'm not so sure

I have been drifting away from LFS to the likes of iRacing and would probably not play LFS at all any more if it wasn't from my buddies in our LFS team who are the first set of online friends that I've ever come across. Still the community in LFS is the best IMO.

Regarding mods I must say that the power and Glory mod for GTL/GTR2 is very well and professionally done. There is no reason why the community could not come up with outstanding mods for LFS.

I suppose this discussion could go on forever and at the end of the day it's up to the developers what they do with their sim

Well I've just driven up to Elgin and dropped just a hint of diesel in Mackies fuel tank, not too mush just enough to cause the odd stutter muhaha!

As for the change of skin we all liked it as a one off for this event, Niels our habitual skinner and all round good egg did us proud

I have seen that very occasionally. I know sometimes the Australians, for example, can have lag problems even though they may have super fast internet...it ceratainly can add to the adreniline when it happens

Why don't you, Becky, Sam, Theangryangel and all the boffins in here get together and make an uber simulator with superstats (people love stats). With an arcade mode, drift mode etc to cover all the bases, people can then choose to play how they want but be part of an overall community.
