If it doesn't fit, just take a bit more off the arcs when you cut it out

Quote from Jakg :how do i attacth it to my wheel? sellotape (yuck!) or blu-tack, any other way?

Double sided sticky tape?
Don't know about the gimp thing. When printed should come out 12.2cm wide

Quote from Jakg :when i print it off how do i make sure its the right side? i dont have a printer (but have PortableGimp, and schools laser printer!)

If printing from Photoshop, make sure you select 'original size'. I'd recommend thicker paper also
Quote from deggis :Where exactly is that "double the amount of buttons" in the Profiler? I've never noticed even that I've done some cycle commands for the buttons.

In the profiler, when you click on a button you get a little menu for assigning a function, and also 'Assign as Shift Button'. Then at the top of the list there's a button to toggle between showing standard and shifted commands.
Quote from thisnameistaken :While you're there, you might want to have another crack at spelling "paddles"

Oops, I'd better edit it when I get chance to reprint.
edit: changed in zip file

I found that the profiler was unreliable left to its own devices (sometimes forget button assignments), so I always set LFS as a persistant profile - and, yes, I have the profiler visible underneath LFS

I've only just noticed that I've set up the paddles the wrong way around, I think most use up-shift on the right paddle! Sorry

Quote from Jakg :mind explaining how you have "2nd Function" set up?

Using Logitech Profiler, there's the option of setting a button as Shift, thereby doubling up the functions on all the other buttons.
Button template for MOMO Racing

MOMO Buttons is a template to print and fit over the wheel of a Logitech MOMO Racing wheel.
This allows you to label each button/LED with it's function.
This is handy for labelling multiple functions and if you regularly race different sims.

The labels for the LEDs are for when using MOMO LEDs program by Kegetys, available here

Format
This template was prepared using Adobe Photoshop, so the labels can be changed by any program able to manipulated psd files.

Acknowledgements
This is not an original idea, it is based on a similar template I have seen by JMN at RSC forum in this thread. I just made this to easily change my labels and with carbon fibre look.

I've seen the standard format on lots of companys' stationary like this; +44 (0)191 ...

Quote from sil3ntwar :One thing i didnt understand with International dialing codes is that 07 829 becomes +64 7 829 not +64 07 829

Just interpret it as the 0 telling the exchange you want a national number. Hence your call into another country doesn't need the first 0, since you already dialled that country

Think that's common to all MOMO Racing and DFP's.
You need to stop and give full lock in both directions for the centre to be properly aligned again.

Yes, I've got three devices connected. Wheel, joystick (use the buttons for voting/pitting/views), gamepad (use the buttons and axis for replay watching).
Go to options>controllers. The available axis are listed on the right, and should be simple to program a function to a button.

Advertise your IP address in case of future problems with the master server, I believe racers can connect to IP addresses when typed in the 'connect to' box. Is this true?

Are you sat on the grid waiting for the green light with your acceleration pedal flat on the floor? Beware, red area of revs causes engine damage!

Sorry if this is obvious, but I can hear when racers sit with their foot flat down on the start grid, and I think it's becoming more common in recent times.

Sounds similar to how mine behaves.
I have 2 screens, LFS maximized but not full screen, and the other screen has stuff life LFS World and MSN. If my mouse moves over a contact while on its way to select LFS screen I get the slow down (ATI X800pro). I assumed it's because if I hover over a contact it displays some brief information, and I think this can cause the slowdown. Similarly any application on screen 1 infront of LFS causes slowdown.
Had some bad crashes in LFS when the girlfriend switched her computer off; the system area would flash 'network drive disconnected' for a few seconds, but I was down to a slideshow during this

Just had to learn to avoid causing any applications or messages to get infront of LFS on screen 1 when it had the focus.

You can also change their wheel colour which gets saved with the colour profile. Unfortunately not their helmets, the will all use yours.

I thought all these providers of 'free broadband for life' were now struggling to cope with demand. Basically you get what you pay for. I also have heard about interleaving on DSLMax services (8MB services) is bad for gaming, but DSLMax is still pretty unreliable at the moment anyway.

I get pings starting at 55ms on www.vispa.net but they certainly aren't the cheapest around

This looks great! I've been keeping an eye out for something like this, but from looking at the pictures it exceeds anything I could of thought of. Can't wait to try it when I get home.

But, I was planing on running it on my second monitor, and that only has 1024 pixel width

Great work

Quote from Dizzy74 :Hi,

maybe someone could explain to me what is meant with OR and XOR operation? What does it in momoleds? I tried to find out with google, but does not really find an understandable explanation.
Thanks.

OR means the output is 1 when either of the 2 inputs are 1, which also results in output 1 when both inputs are 1 (like AND operation in this combination)
XOR means EXCLUSIVE OR. Again, the output will be 1 when either of the 2 inputs are 1, but the output will not be 1 when both inputs are 1

OR
00=0
01=1
10=1
11=1

XOR
00=0
01=1
10=1
11=0

It sits in the nose cone, level with the join to the rest of the car. Looked like it was securely fitted in there.
