The Open Wheel Racing League continues its annual F1 series with an eight round championship starting this month! From 16 June onwards drivers and teams will vie for the title won last year by Pete Hopkins and Sonicrealms Racing Team B. The calendar has seen some shuffles after the Jamaican authorities failed to make the necessary upgrades to the Fern Bay circuit. Instead, a second street race has been added with the South City Chicane Route for a full 100 laps.Several changes have been made to the rules, adopting an approach which OWRL competitors will know from the popular S2 Series.
Realistic NASCAR's Rallycross Shootout Series kicks off on Sunday, June 10, 2012 with the most popular rallycross combination in Live For Speed: XFG at BL2. All events begin at 16:00 GMT/UTC. Events will occur every other Sunday with a different car and track from the previous round.
For the fifth year LFSCART returns to the Live for Speed racing scene. The premier FO8 racing series features 10 Rounds this year at all Live for Speed venues, most remarkably the returns of the Jamaica 200 from Fern Bay Black and the return of Autocross in form of a 4-turn flat short track. Also this season, all road course races are 200 mile races. With the late start of the season, the fifth Kyoto 500 already is the third Round and the season finale will be in October with races still on fortnights.
Yes, it took a while, but now CityLiga has its own YouTube-Channel. As Simrace-TV and New Dimension Racing Television deliver streams in good quality, it now was time to start a Channel. Because YouTube does some good work in copressing the videos, a certain minimum resolution is important to keep the streas good looking, If you don't know, what I mean, please compare the first four CityLiga 15 races to the latest two.
A big surprise in GT2 World Series. For the first time ever in this rather young series, my3id did not achieve a pole position! In the final segment of qualifying, Tomasz Nogiec, who celebrated his birthday on the day of qualifying, had a final fast lap at the end of the segment. However after a mistake in the final chicane and major tyre contact, my3id's chance for the pole position was gone. At about the same time Isaac Price went for his final fast lap and secured a surprising and strong second place start for TeamSpeak Racing PRO. Third position goes to Team Vires PRO, who led throughout the majority of Q3. 
Well, maybe "Kick-Off" overestimates the meaning of the first real numbers around the second season of GT2 World Series. However the pre-qualifying was already a knock-out round. Thirty five teams completed timed laps over the course of fourty-eight hours, consequently five teams would only make it onto the reserve list and would need to hope for a team to withdraw before the race.
After 4838 laps or a total of nearly 16.000km (9.943mi) at Blackwood Grand Prix reversed the results list saw My3id Gaming up at the top of the list. 
Tonight it's time for the sixth Round of CityLiga 15 and, therefore for the most unpopular rear-wheel-driven cars in the Live for Speed world have to be precisely driven around Kyoto Ring Grand Touring in order to not be sideways too often. The configuration has only 2 new corners compared to 'GP Long' but these are no easy ones. Driving the other way around, the slipstreaming battles will be decided on the break.

The Winter 200 was the final round of All-wheel-drive Winter Series 2012 and it was held in the fastest track of LFS - the Kyoto Oval. In qualifying it was the organizer Rony,who took his 2nd succesive pole position,this time 4 hundreths of a second ahead of the closest rival with a laptime of 39.32 seconds.
Get in your Formula XR and Formula V8, because the Open Wheel Racing League is set to bring you more open wheel action with its next series, S2 Season 20! Starting on 3 March, drivers will compete in six rounds with the first three using the FOX, and the final three the FO8. The overall title goes to the driver who is best in both parts - but includes a worst race dropped rule so drivers who miss an event are not directly out of the race. Teams can compete for points over the full six events. This season starts and ends at well knowns tracks, but the half way point of the season is marked by two open layouts.
