Currently vortex.eu leads the championship in the penultimate round and has won three out of the four races this season. Will Xciting Bus Tours by CoRe starting from the front row be able to outperform the dominant car all season? Tune in to find out.

Race Green Events presents a new league - Grand Turismo Allrounder Series (GTAS).

GTAS is a league,where only drivers,who can race fast with all 3 LFS's GTR cars,can be on top of series standings - only a true GTR allrounder can win this. Series schedule consists of 7 rounds,each held on different LFS track environment,tracks are selected to be shorter than 4km per lap (except Westhill,where is no shorter configuration) to avoid overused combos in various endurance and other GTR leagues and give a true sprint racing feel.

The SIXTH season of the LFSCART Series returns to Live for Speed on Saturday, 4 May 2013. The challenging mixed-discipline FO8 series uses what some argue as LFS's best car to test driver's skill, speed, and patience in approximately 90-minute long races. Race start with a formation lap and a standing start, and allow for the possibility of Safety Car deployment(s) throughout the race if necessary.

Round 2 started and the fx2's know it was going to be hard to beat the xr2's and the fz2's with hiromi closely fowled by an other xr2 and a fz2. As LR Pauli does the best of the fx2's. Early on hiromi had a challenge for the first two laps but as he got into it he just pulled away from every one, down the line there was some good passing from every one but out of the teams [AMG] was the better team as LR and FNC couldn't find the pace.

Race two started with a reverse top eight so this meant some good over taking was going to happen from the start and there was lot's of it.

The premier Single-Seater league of New Dimension Racing, the LFSCART Series, and it's support series LFSCART Light Series, return for another season of exciting FO8 and FOX action this summer! Both series retain their mixed-discipline format, with two of the nine rounds for each being on the Kyoto Oval. The Sixth Annual Kyoto 500 highlights the LFSCART season on 29th June 2013, and LFSCART Light returns with "The Night Before The 500" on June 28th.

The LFSCART Light Series run on alternate Fridays starting 3 May, the LFSCART Series run on alternate Saturdays starting 4 May.

The season finale for the 2013 GT1 World Series is set to take place at the fast Aston Historic circuit. just voer 2/3rds full field anticipated, but the three championship contenders for the overall title are present, and set to battle it out. The way this season has gone makes it possible that a big upset could be had - ineX Racing lead the title fight by 48 points. 75 points are available for the race. ineX must finish 13th or better to automatically clinch the title.

Finally the GT2 season started and Hiromi got an amazing pole in qualify but was followed by AMG in 2nd and 3rd. Hiromi made a mistake early on to let Reflex past for the lead and then let phenom past for 2nd but as hiromi got back on track he picked his moment to pass phenom. Down the line Jettasuba with damage was being chased down by [AMG] D.Farmer and from lap 5 there was no more passes happened in the race.

The Great LFS Race returns for its 6th annual occurrence on 30 March 2013!

Welcome to the Genuine Racing Turbo Trophy!

OVERVIEW.

The 6th Annual Kyoto 250 is approaching. Dubbed "The Great LFS Race" and styled after NASCAR's Daytona 500, this year's 250 is coming along nicely in the preparations. Signups opened on March 15th, and will remain open until Saturday, March 23rd at 20:00 UTC. So far, 50 drivers have signed up, and a little over a dozen have met all entry requirements and been approved to attempt to participate in the Kyoto 250.

It is an event on the Kyoto Oval (KY1), and since 2008, has taken place on the final Saturday in March.

After an entire month to recover from the challenging 24 Hours of Kyoto Ring Grand Prix Long, the drivers and teams of the GT1 World Series return to the track, this time to the tight confines of the South City Long street circuit. This circuit is designed to be like a track using streets near London. The armco is always there, overtaking is a premium. It favors cars that can take corners fast, such as the FXO GTR (FXR) The FXR is usually under-powered on the other circuits, with their longer straights showing how much of a straight-line speed disadvantage the FXR has over its competitor makes the XR GTR (XRR) and FZ50 GTR (FZR)

Round number three of the Realistic NASCAR Cup Series presented by Master Hosting Servers (http://www.mhservers.co.uk/) takes the series to Fern Bay for the Fern Bay 150. This race will mark the first round of the three round Street Master Championship. Drafting and team work will have to be put on hold for this race on the .262 mile (.419 km) Fern Bay oval (F24)Competitors will take to the XRT and compete for 150 laps around other competitors the entire race. Downforce, drafting, and teamwork could be thrown out the window in this race. Instead expect to see raw speed and talent be rewarded more then ever.

Round 2 of the GenR FBM Championship was planned to happen on Wednesday, 20th February 2013 but server issues for the majority of the drivers attending at this time meant the event had to stopped after qualifying and to be postponed on a later date. The poll resulted in a 12:9 favour ... 2013 as the new race date for round 2.

Qualifying on Saturday was a 30 minutes session where everyone could spectate and warp back to the pits as often they liked.

Even in the opening laps it was clear that #64 Martin Kapal (Flame CZE) and his SAVAGE SimSports teammate #23 Jaroslav Dohnalik (Fast Jarda) would be serious contenders for the race win. At the drop of the green flag Dohnalik, pole sitter #32 Patrick Hall of Race Green Autosports, and IndyCar 250 champion #52 Tomas Koreny of rForce broke away from the field leaving #96 Rony Kronpuss, Kapal, and #26 Filip Klier of rForce behind in a second pack a long with the rest of the field behind them.

Unfortunately, early in the running Thomas Korney would time out, and Patrick Hall would scrape the wall.

Just after the end of Grid Qualification and before the first race, it is time for our short look at the favorites of the new CityLiga season. Especially well-known faces are present again and this facts reheats some everlasting duells. Again many great drivers sigend up and one can say this is the International German Championship of Live for Speed, especially since the season again features the best Germans and the one or the other top driver from the rest of Europe.

Before everyone starts (to continue) their preperations for the kick-off of the new season, we have some more things to say. About 24h after the end of the Grid Qualifications we find the results of it here: http://cityliga.de/uploads/cl17/cl17_grideinteilung.html.
CityLiga 17 will start with three grids of 28 drivers each, sothat 9 of the 93 sign-ups have to start their season from the waiting list.
The field is relatively close after this first show-off (3s instead of 3,5s in CL16's Grid 1) and the first race starts directly at one of the GQ combos.

Patrick Hall (FalconBridge) of Canada will lead the field to the green flag in his number 32 Race Green Autosports XRR after he turned a lap time of 38.62 seconds (172.636 MPH) in qualifying. Starting along side of him after running a lap time of 36.64 seconds (172.547 MPH) will be Martin Kapal (Flame CZE) in his number 64 SAVAGE SimSports XRR from the Czech Republic.

Just past the half way mark of CityLiga 17's Grid Qualification, one might notice that the 72 sign-ups differ over the prevailing opinion "LfS is dead"There is still plenty of room for more interested drivers, who want to compete every monday fortnight with like-minded, fellow racers.
The participents are as diversified as always. 11 nations and 23 teams are represented by CL-/LfS-veterans and fortunately also rookies, who average at 30 years of age. While the ones probably can't live without it, the others tackle their first adventures of organised league racing.

Realistic NASCAR has been preparing for the Kyoto 400 for the greater part of a month, and this Saturday (February 10) the green flag will fly over Kyoto 400 Qualifying Day. Out of the 44 drivers registered for the Realistic NASCAR Cup Series only 21 have obtained session credit thus far. Out of those 21 only 15 have already obtained the two credits required to participate. There is only one practice session remaining on Saturday, just before the Kyoto 400 qualifying day.

On Wednesday, 23rd January, the GenR FBM Championship 2013 season kicked off on Blackwood GP. The drivers had to master 57 laps for the race making it a bit harder to balance speed versus tyre saving. Pole position went to Joonas Koskinen with a 1:12.110. Valtteri Pitkänen made it an all Vortex eSports front row. After the start, it emerged to be a two way battle between the pole sitter and James Peace. The battle intensified with three laps to go when both collided losing valuable time and causing troubles for Koskinen who suffered a left rear puncture a few corners later.

A new season is started for an institution of the german LFS-scene. The CityLiga is opening their gates for the 17th time. Every driver, beginner or veteran, is invited to participate on mondays every fortnight. We offer one of the biggest starting fields in LFS, three grids in the last seasons. This enables you to find opponents at exactly your skill-level for exciting races.
Altough CityLiga's main focus is still the german LFS community, we opened for international drivers seasons before and became bilingual in german and english.
