It's just over two weeks now until Genuine Racing will host their first ever endurance-based event: The 9 hours of Aston Historic reversed! A lot of preperation has gone into this series and we as the organising team are ready to give as many people as possible the chance to compete in what will be a tough race for all competitors and admins involved.

The Aston Historic reversed tracks is one of the most difficult and most challenging circuits in Live for Speed. It's a combination of very fast technical turns paired with long and open straights, ideal for racing and lapping other cars.

The 2014 season of the GT World Series is just about 3 weeks away from its first official session of the season at Westhill International reversed (WE1R) and it is finally time for all details to be revealed and the applications to open. The GT World Series is the result of the previous years' GT1 and GT2 World Series being joined together to give a multiclass endurance racing experience.

The championship which will start in October 2013 and run until early February 2014 will contest 5 events over the course of its season with race lengths ranging from 6 to 12 and up to 24 hours.

With just over two months until the first round at Aston Grand Prix, the Genuine Racing GT1 Challenge has opened its doors for the and is now accepting entries for the 2014 season, which sees the series move to a team-based league format for the first time.

The World TBO Championship Series will take it's first green flag of the year this Sunday, September 1st. Competitors of almost all experiences are asked to come out so long as they are able to race in a courteous manner and follow the rules outlined in the Worldwide Racing Rulebook. Qualifying begins at 15:00 GMT, and the 90 minute (61 lap) race at Blackwood GP Reversed begins at 15:35 following the 25 minute qualifying session. Registration, Skin, and Confirmation links are provided at the bottom of the page for those who are interested.

The GTi Trophy isn't far away from its first scheduled event and does so far already turn out to be a success! 57 sign-ups with still a couple of days to go before the deadline are a promising amount, and with now there being two grids, each being able to hold 32 drivers, the chance for more is still right there! With the increased amount of participants we hope to deliver a good and fair racing experience to a bigger audience and not only to drivers who challenge for world records in the hot lap charts.

The 16 hours race hosted by Racing Minds is an annual event which saw its debut in 2007.
In 2013 the track of choice is Aston "Rockingham."

Beginning on September 1st, the most competitive TBO challenge in Live For Speed returns for the third consecutive year. This series not only tests a driver's speed, but also their endurance as tyres are always a concern. In years past only those who were able to finish without stopping in pit lane have taken the checkered flag. In twelve series events over the first two seasons five different drivers have tasted victory. Sadly, in years past only the XRT has won. This is why the XRT has been moved to a two percent restriction from the previous one percent restriction.

The 2014 Genuine Racing GT1 Challenge marks a number of big changes and massive steps forward for what now will be the 3rd season of this series. For this edition of the championship the teams' championship will be in the focus rather than the drivers' championship, as the GT1 Challenge turns into a 7 event long series and takes up elements of the Japanese Super GT series, with 300 to 1000 km long races and 2 to 3 drivers per car. On top of that the car selection process has been simplified extremely, with now only the FZR being available.

Dates have been booked for the 2014 GT World Series, and New Dimension Racing would like to whet your appetite for a winter's endurance racing!

The series will combine the GT1 and GT2 cars, bringing a multiclass endurance racing series back to LFS. It will largely follow the formula of the GT1 World Series and the GT2 World Series, but some changes will be had. The 2014 Season is currently scheduled to have 5 rounds, taking place starting in the latter half of October 2013. The season will end with the 24 Hours of Kyoto on February 8th-9th 2014.

...a season of CityLiga is over, perhaps too early for some of you, for others maybe too late. Whether it was the (finally) onset of summer in many parts of Germany respectively Europe, decreasing motivation or other reasons, that only 38 UF1 leaved the pits for the final race of the CL17, remains questionable.

We are pleased to present to you the GenR GTi Trophy! It consists of 6 races including 4 standard tracks and 2 Open-Config tracks that will challenge car and driver in the battle to claim the GTi Trophy for 2013. To keep the pace even, a success ballast will be in place for the podium finishing drivers. Pre-Qualifying takes over a 24 hour period on Monday to Tuesday at 19:00 UTC with a 20 minute Qualifying on Wednesday followed by a 40 minute race. It starts with the LFS Standing Start and drivers must do 1 compulsary pit stop with as little or as much work as they wish.

The summer of excellence is now fully under way and we have officially opened our signups. These signups are open until the 30/07/2013 at 23:59.

Round 6 started with spdofade in 1st, but closely behind him was hiromi who takes first place into the first corner, from then onwards they pulled ahead and meant fadeway had a race on his hands but meanwhile LR pauli got to close to one of the AMG drivers and lost downforce so that sent him onto the grass as he rejoin he had a little collision with his team mate witch put him into a barrier so this meant [AMG] Bc was right up LR Phenom arse so he had to do some defending but soon BC got passed and left him standing, Pauli soon caught up and Phenom moved over to let him go and try to get more points for the team.

Round 5 started with spdofade in 1st, but closely behind him was Frozeni and he had an amazing start to leap into the lead and because of a penalty from the last round hiromi got a 5 place grid drop and started 6th so you know there was going to be good racing, by every one else but some of [AMG] driver's crashed early on and so did hiromi later on, there was some good overtaking by hiromi to get second place.

Race two started with an reverse 8 grid witch that meant [AMG] would start first and second with an LR driver in third.

Round 4 started with hiromi and spdofade in 1st and 2nd so you know there was going to be good racing, not just by them two but by every one else like AMG qualify they was fast but in race was a different matter but on the other hand LR didn't have qualify pace but they had race pace. Early on the race there was some incidents with hiromi and spodfade as they came together, as did LR Phenom and [AMG] Reflex as did some other drives later in the race, this meant the admins got some work to do.

Into its sixth year, the Kyoto 500 returns to be the premier Formula V8 oval event, and perhaps overall oval event in Live for Speed. No repeat winners. Never has the polesitter won. 268 laps of pure action, starting with a three-wide start. A full grid in 10 rows of 3 is amazing to see in Live for Speed.

It's an event that does require a fair bit of preparation, and an extremely unique qualifying format in LFS. Modeled after the old Indianapolis 500 format, each driver gets three attempts on each of two days of qualifying to set the fastest 4-lap AVERAGE. Saturday is Pole Day - pole will be set after this session ends.

Well round 3 started with no Hiromi that meant drivers could catch up on the leader as one driver did [AMG] Bc has took the lead from hiromi and has a 10 point lead. As race 1 started spodFade got a good start as the other two XRR'S got a bad start as an FXR shoot up into second but was soon caught up by his team mate so that let spdoFade pull away from everyone else, as the race went on there was some good passing but for two laps there was some brilliant racing from 5 drivers on a tight bit of tack and it could of ended nasty for all of them but they got through it luckily enough.
