I'm pretty sure there are still 100's of uninvented rules left out for implementation yet, but do they all really have to be in there?

Just because you folks can buy it in a shop doesn't mean it's not been released.

I don't see the fuss about the UAC, once you have you pc setup you'll hardly even see it anymore.

What is more important from my point is not being logged in with a user of the administrator group all the time. Activate the Administrator and change your normal one to the user group.

Well, it's beeing said that the username you choose will be permanent, so it's basicly a problem of some people
a) not being able to read
b) not being able to choose a name that they can live with for more than 2 month.

If it ever gets possible to change the username, I'd charge for changing it. Some lessons have to be learned.

On a serious note though, with the changes in tyre physics does this mean that we will get some variation between the brands ?

My guess is that at this would be some kind of an overkill and as sooner or later one brand would turn out to be the best for a specific car you'll end up with all driving the same brand anyway. Of course it would be nice but I don't really see it fit atm.

We'll have to see how much driving / tire consumption changes anyway with the new model (once we can get our hands on it).

To be honest, that's not what I call a "nice" thread. It was a glimpse on what is being worked on, and given that's over half a year after the last piece of info dropping in here from an official side, I'd also say about time. I don't want to offend anyone here as it's not really my business.

I'm not 100% sure if this is a bug or if there is some logic behind it.

1) I use bar as pressure unit. Now in the garage you have those wonderful sliders for pressure which use kPa and you get also the "live" values in bar.
(In the F12 menu you adjust in bar)

Though I don't really understand why 2 different units are being used here (I admit, they are easy to convert) I have never really noticed it until:

2) when I changed units back to psi.
The sliders in the garage are still in kPa, but the "live" values are now in psi. Why can't I adjust it in psi via the slider, makes it kinda hard to get to a specific value in psi.
(In the F12 menu you adjust in psi)
