I'm not complaining about the time it takes to improve the physics or similar.
I'm not complaining about the lack of new content or the decision to only mention it and never show it. Hell, I can even understand why they do it.

However what I don't understand is that cars like the FXO or RB4 still have the same interiour as in 2003.
Also about the exteriour:

Anyway, thanks for the short update.

Have you any weird HID connected (wheels, jostick?). If yes, could you please unplug all device apart from mouse, keyboard, monitor, power and try the dxdiag again? (please reboot before)

edit:
if possible also try another mouse / keayboard. google suggests that some (USB) device might be the cause.

does the lfs.exe show up in the task manager?
what does the deb.log in your lfs folder say?
does your gfx pass all the direct X tests? (run dxdiag)?

edit: that screenhots suggest that it might be related to your directX install / gfx drivers

I'm sorry, but using XP is still an option. It is supported by MS till 2014 and many companies (and people I know) are still using it. XP has been a very reliable OS for years (instead of 95 for example). Also system requirements for LFS state:
