Download system is FINE. Seriously, the whole reason pre-download was implemented was well, so you didn't have to download 20 skins while on the server causing lag bar spikes and generally freaking everyone out right? If downloading the skins before joining is pissing you off, then TURN OFF DOWNLOADING SKINS or go get a drink. Lets not ask for options to undo a good feaure that has been added.

The connections list aint the same order as the UCID list. Well I'm pretty sure anyway. The dynamic host file contians the same order as the cons list. But you need file access to server for that.
Also the cons list shrinks and expands its font size depending on connection numbers. So you'd have to accomodate that to ~.~
If it were me, coding this for myself, I look at the work to do and think, " ~ nah, just kick them instead". Getting spectated would ruin someone's race just as much as a kick so it's a tiny difference. And I am also a lazy sod.

Well the disc brakes rotate now, to stop FPS death on some PC's the insides of the brake discs are no longer visible. (I believe)

Actaully I felt the same way (in the beggining), but in my real car (with powersteering) the centre area is quite slack and I don't feel resistance until hard cornering occurs.
If you want some tension in the straight line area, try ENABLE CENTERING SPRING IN FORCEFEEBACK GAMES and put it up to a decent amount. It will make the FFB harder when going in a straight line - if you want that feeling.
But, if you rather keep it more realistic, (centering spring is quite unrealistic as your wheel should not return to centre when stopped and you turn it full-lock) you could instead try just ramping up all the effect strength FFB levels instead in the profiler and in LFS, use "<" and ">" whilst in game.

True, devs will decide where it goes, and it is not a major thing overall, but they do take notice of the people who play LFS and change things as they see fit. It's the negative ppl that are constantly hating and attacking folks that ruin things and clog up the forums, not the minor discussions about minor things.

Yes, because it runs in the background and sends characters to Windows, LFS just happens to pick up on that.
