Way to be mature, saying "F you lot" Great way to make/keep friends here. As for the negativity, it's all on a personal basis, if Critical was still demo he would probably be flamed to shit right now

EDIT: Just noticed the unnecessarily large font Great way to get people to take you seriously...
I'd donate nearly all of it to charity. Some of it would go to my parents to help them out, but I don't feel the need for loads of cash like that, I'd just give it to the less fortunate.

Yeahh it really is true that you grow to your instruments. The way I have this thing setup is crazy. The fretboard is PERFECTLY fat, not a single degree of relief. Anytime my friends play it they just get drove up the wall with the way it feels (the neck was also shaved to Fender C spec, then shaved down further, then I came back and shaved it down ever further) The frets were filed down, crowned and polished, I hated it so I filed then down some more, and some more, and some more. Now nobody even bothers to pick up my guitar just because they can't play the damn thing It's great.

Can slickmod actually give you that good of a laptime increase? The XFG is pretty tipy, wouldn't slicks just throw it on its roof in the corners if you pushed the limits? Plus the car wouldn't be any faster in a straight line (think of the long straight in Blackwood)

Wellll, you could always peel off the fretboard and make a nice new one to lay down? But that is quite the extreme option that takes a bit of nifty work.
~Bryan~
Yes that's what I meant. I believe it was a typo on the site, either towards the car used, or the laptime made. I'm guessing the first because 1:29 is a very common time for beginners in the XRT, not the XFG.
~Bryan~
Well this one time I was looking at a thread in the off topic section, iirc, it had to do with some guy making fun of a typo on another racing site. Hold on, I'll try and find a link...
The S2 account I aquired was 'used' persay, but the original owner never gave me the web password for it, so basically I have it unlocked ingame, but must use my demo account on the forum. I suppose I shouldn't really be complaining, S2 for free, and the $40 I had saved goes towards a new PC sometime
~Bryan~
Yeah avatars and sigs are for licensed users only. Cheeses me right off as I don't have access to my S2 forum account, and an avatar+sig would be nice
~Bryan~
I completey agree with you Tristan...it's not the fact people are hating on demo users for the fact they are demo, but because of how they act as an individual.
~Bryan~
Well you could always just get a 5 string bass and remove the frets, or file them to the board. It's really not that hard, if you are seriously interested I could go into details or send some tutorials your way.
~Bryan~
Yeah ATM I have a tone for the neck, and a tone for the bridge, I rarely use the middle pickup alone anyways. My master volume actually gives me some natural distortion right out of the guitar (think old Fender Bluesman amp) That recording was guitar > stereo (untouched, just boosted) > computer (untouched) Pretty damn satisfying
