OVERVIEW.

After a year's break the New Endurance Challenge returns for another season with plenty of improvements being made since it last ran in July last year. It might not be as new as it once was, but there is more endurance and maybe even a bit more challenge! There are only four races instead of five and they're spread over 3 months, but apart from the last round all races have been significantly increased in length, with the longest race being eight hours long!
Based on the feedback and impressions we got, we simplified some things.

Dear LFS community,

the summer break is over, the winter term is about to start! Eight race mondays with different combos, among others one that is voted by the drivers, are on the CL19 program. As usual the new season will feature multiple parallel servers, which are looked after by the race admins, so that every participant can compete with similar leveled competitors.

Championships held in 6 stages with Formula XR (FOX).

We have developed a first version of support for the new Oculus Rift DK2. Although it's not finished, people have been enjoying it a lot.

The LFSCART Series returns for its seventh season in Live for Speed. The series intends to bring out the best racers in the Formula V8 (FO8) together in a challenging test of man and machine. Originally created my Thilo "TFalke55" Falkenberg in 2008, New Dimension Racing (NDR) welcomed Thilo into their ranks to give him the administrative support he needed at the time. The series quickly grew into the elite tier for single-seater action in NDR, with several awesome battles throughout its history.

For 2014, the series will start off on August 17th for the first time on the Blackwood Grand Prix Reversed circuit.

The Live For Speed Grand Prix is bound to be Live For Speed's greatest individual driver challenge. The unforgiving blind corners on the South City Town Course (SO5) coupled with the unmatched speed of the BMW Sauber F1 (BF1) will challenge drivers enough, but drivers will also need to be conscientious of their tyre wear and fuel strategy in order to win this race.

Qualifications for the Live For Speed Grand Prix will take place on Sunday, 27 July 2014 starting at 18:30 GMT.

OVERVIEW.

Top class GT racing returns as the Genuine Racing GT1 Challenge is back! The series was cancelled originally at the end of last year, but will now run again in a proper sprint format. It will now be the GT1 equivalent of GT Masters, using the exactly same format: 24 hours of pre-qualifying from Friday evening to Saturday evening, followed by the main event consisting of a 20 minute long qualifying session and a roughly 75 minute long race.

Dear LFS community, dear CityLiga participants,

four months ago our new CityLiga.de and CityLiga 18 opened their gates. With the end of our eighteenth S2 season, we want to celebrate our tenth anniversary together with you. What would be more appropriate for a racing series other than organising a racing event. Therefore we invite you to CityLiga 10³, starting on 26th July 2014 at 12:00 UTC. It is a 1000km race at Aston North rev. (AS7r), 200 laps with the TBO and GTI classes. The race is open for every age, experience and skill level and everyone interested in fair virtual Motorsport.

LX4 Track Day will take place on 5 July 2014 starting at 16:30 GMT. We will run one 10 lap race followed by one 25 lap race with inverted starting grid (top 10 only if more than 10 attend) on the Aston Cadet Circuit in the LX4. Qualifying will be begin at 16:30 and last 25 minutes. This will be followed by the first race at or around 17:00 GMT. The second race will follow the first after a 5 minute break.

Hello all!

It's time for the Seventh Annual Kyoto 500! The 268 lap trial of endurance and luck, patience and skill takes place on a forecasted clear day with some wind at the Kyoto Ring's Oval layout. It emulates the Indianapolis 500, including a three-wide start, the only one (that we know of) in LFS. It usually makes the hairs on one's neck stand on end, and raises the stress level of the racers.

The Seventh Annual Kyoto 500 will be held on Saturday, June 28th, 2014. This is the latest we've ever started this, but a mix of lack of motivation and waiting on when I'd start full time hours affected this starting.

OVERVIEW.

Genuine Racing's GTi Trophy returns! After the very successful inaugural season in the autumn of last year, we're happy to announce the comeback of what already then was a very popular series. The format will be similar to that seen last year, with the event being split over three days, pre-qualifying on the first two and the main event including qualifying and the race(s) on the third. What has changed though is the amount of track time: For the main event, qualifying has been reduced from 20 minutes to 15 minutes, with the race distance has been extended to about 60 minutes for each event.

The Seventh Annual Kyoto 250 will be held on Sunday, March 30th, 2014. As most will recall, it's usually been held on the last Saturday in March, but Genuine Racing have GT Masters on the final Sunday before the final Saturday which would have been the typical qualifying day. This year, the qualifying day activities will take place on the day prior to the Kyoto 250.

Last weekend we had a difficult race and you could see it @ the number of racers to.
Only the once brave enough made it to the track !!

The FXO is not an easy car to drive even on an easy track like Fern Bay Green.

The greatest challenge in motorsport, be it real or sim, is a 24 hour race. Each year, Live for Speed (LFS) has at least one such race, and New Dimension Racing will have one as the season finale for the 2014 GT World Series. It will be held at the Kyoto National Reversed circuit, a fast track where slipstreaming will be critical.

The race will start with a tribute to one of the most legendary racers LFS has ever seen: Tomek Nogieć He tragically lost his life in a severe accident on the roads in his home country of Poland, less than 48 hours after finishing the 12 hours of Aston.

The Ultimate Test of Patience, Precision, and Concentration

The Kyoto 400 is the ultimate test of patience, precision, and concentration. Although this event does not require the exact driving skills required in road course racing, that doesn’t mean the event is any easier, or that it does not require rare or difficult to obtain skills.

2013 left us .2014 entered.And all the way to large meals have added some weight....
Gladly this will not make us slower on track !!
And so we were ready to restart season 11. We did it with the FBM on the Aston track3 track. Juanjo made a good impression on his 2nd race !

Last weekend we went to Fern Bay for an exciting and challenging 24h race on Black rev. Three classes (LRF, TBO, GTI) were on track. It seems we all had a great time and look forward to the DoP 2015.
