The colour settings (skin, rims, body) are stored in a .col file.

You've probably noticed the list of colours to the left in the garage. Every single setting (except the swatches on top) is actually a .col file. If there is a .col file with the same name as one of your AIs, LFS will automatically assign that .col file to that particlar AI.

If I hadn't included the .col files, you'd have to manually assign the skins to the AI cars.

Niko, yes. The hosts can decide whether the clients are allowed to use any external/custom views.
FYI, Custom view != cockpit view.

Edit: Ok, not "any", the blimp and tv views are still available.
Edit 2: It'd be nice if spectators could still use custom views though.

The additional weight is set by the master server and can not be removed. The only way to race without the extra weight is to race offline.

Opera's caching isn't great. Even after having set "check if page is updated on server" to "always" it fails to update some pages.

The money you put into buying S2 will not be wasted regardless of when S3 is released. S3 will most likely be £36. If you've spent £24 on S2 you will only need to add another £12 to purchase an S3 licence.

Two of my servers suffered from the no guest info+ghost car bug today. Has it gotten worse with patch X? That would not make much sense though .. Could be just a fluke.
