I think you have nothing to worry about
Yes there will be lots of gtr drivers focusing on moe race but it is a very long 24h race, no one will drive 24h alone but more likely 5 or 6 drivers per team, therefore there will be big gaps between stints and lots of time for some of the drivers to compete in NWL race. Like me.

What a first race for spdo
Great job from Martin in first stint, we had easy 2nd with around 5 secs behind Isaac but then we had problems in pits. Just before i took over the car, gears went nuts and i got the car in 6th gear.. Shitstorm continues - wheel lost calibration, and in all that mess with shifting down i had to stop to recalibrate but managed to stay on pit spot with rear end of the car and earned another pit work losing huge amount of time.
Race was lost but now i had to do damage control and just tried to focus on making some pace out of over 80% fuel tank in windy conditions and somehow managed to keep 4th place with little help from Darko
I've heard our GT500 car also had calibration problems
Anyway gratz to everyone who participated especially to podiums in both classes (Nicce ) and c u on Blackwood

Yeah, it was a great championship, i really enjoyed it.. great organization and clean racing.
Gratz to Chopper for second, he was great through out the season, very consistent. And also gratz to Les, too bad he didn't show up for last 2 races, it would be a photofinishing contest between us since i haven't been able to won AMG on as3.. Not to forget to congratulate my friends from TDRT for wining team championship
Thanks everybody for participating and c u next time

Quote from triz :I want to congratulate V.Belenzada for winning this championship. You were in a class of your own ala Vettel! I am kinda glad though Chopper broke the winning spree

Quote from rageshgr :Or is it like any FZR with 28% or more restriction until the next lower class (if exists) will be considered as FZ3 etc?

I think its like that

Quote from rageshgr : Someone has logged a 2:53.xx with FZ3 (29%) which is a whole second faster than the AIRW WR for 28% restricted FZ3 Will have to wait till Friday to get a better idea.

Who said that AIRW "wr" is made with 28% restr? But yeah, its lame.. :snail:

What i think you should do is give points (f1 system or whatever) per nation per round based on results of both nations drivers together. Thats pretty simple and fair.

Quote from Kristi :Even if it would be a team championship renamed to a nations champ. How does it make any difference?

Here is whats the difference: the points system you choose where you make accent on drivers will split number of nations that gain points in each round on about half, so you will get 5 nations that get gazillion points and other 10+ that get null (not 0, null, like they don't participate at all, judging by your standings table). So you get situation where in first round you have Bulgaria that had driver in top 10 in 2 out of 3 races, and Belgium that had top10 driver in race 3 but they haven't got any points
After 2 or 3 rounds, points difference will be so big that other, non top5-6-7 nations, will loose interest in participating in this league and you will get 10-15 cars per race in league. Don't believe me? Look at how many drivers finished each race in round 1: 27 - 21 - 16. They lost interest because they realized they get nothing because drivers on top are too fast and only top10 drivers get points. Now after the race when you changed(?) points system they realize that even if they are in top 10 there is a solid chance they don't get any points for their country like Bulgaria and Belgium..
My point is, if you don't reward much more nations for participating, they will have nothing to race for..
Quote from Kristi :We might wanna work on the F1 style point system though and give better results to the worse nations too.

When? League is in progress, you can't change something basic like points system after every race.. Thats ridiculous! You should have sorted that out before league start, not improvising during league

Quote from MuderGO[LT] :
I am innocent. Your car slid and ended up directly in front of me car. I think it's just a racing incident which struck you.

I ended up directly in front of your car because i was already in apex sliding from previous divebomb hit when you came divebombing us both on insane inside line and leaned on my car

to ilustrate situation, here is me braking (whole car) behind 100m mark:

and where are you? Two car lengths behind.
Where is Imol?
One car length behind.
This is after brake point!
How d hell that can be racing incident?!

@sennass

This is 23% fx2 on r3/r2. Haven't tried it, but i bet 24% fx2 goes to 32 as well. So shhhhh, you make fool of yourself.

I pitty the fools that will drive xr2 for 12h there I guess most of the negative comments will come from them, but fxs drove kyotos and westhill, so stop complaining and practice so we can watch some good racing

Yeah, and also just learn places where airio invalidates laps, and try to avoid them..

Tnx for explanations, I'll keep that in mind to cool me down next time i get annoyed Your explanation contains some facts i didn't know, i'm getting the picture how it works now.

Quote from EQ Worry : 1) Activate for yourself the Path Check display in !opt screen. Then you will see where the lap was actually announced not clean and why.

Actually i did that, and based on offpath messages i noticed problem in this turn:

This screenshots are from race i drove today on cargame.nl s2 server. I was repeatedly getting offpath messages when car was approximately in that position, clearly on track and on racing line (checkout track map for navigation).
Replay i attached above is from cargame.la s2 server where i was hotlapping after that, and server messages didn't work there which i figured out later. In the meantime i got information that it was probably servers fault that times on cargame.la didn't got saved, but that worked fine on the other server where i drove races.
Quote from EQ Worry :Also, it will be pretty hard to make clean laps on populated servers. Much better would be to try an empty server with Airio PROS allowing all cars and track. We've had this Genuine Hotlapping server running specifically for this purpose, I must check if it is still online, and if not (as it seems), check if we can make it run again.

Its not that hard on long track when server is not crowded. Anyway I'm not that much a hotlapper now (was some time ago :shy, but i find fun in hotlapping when there's no close racing on server.. anyway tnx for the tip.

I don't have much problem with erasing all online times as i have with the way airio (in)validates laps. It looks to me that its easier to make clean lfs hotlap than to make clean online lap that airio will agree to save.. I drove some races today, and couldn't make one clean lap in 5 (4 lap) races on aston historic. I then tried to make clean lap by online hotlapping and still coudn't make it "clean".
Airio invalidates laps if you overtake slower cars going not even near them, very often if you touch the grass with one wheel.. and whats most frustrating, it even invalidates laps if you don't follow some "airio racing line" - if you go "wider" through some turns it invalidates lap time?! For example, on as4, if you use whole width of the track (not touching grass offc) on exit of right 90 deg turn (after second straight not the start/finish one), it will invalidate lap..
Checkout this replay: yes i touched tires (more or less) on exit of aston chicane in most laps, but why isn't lap 26.02 valid? Its perfectly clean imo.
My point is.. its damn hard on some tracks (astons, ky3) to make clean laps and now they're all gone. I understood why you removed clean lap times, but can you please at least try to make it more easy (objective) to put lap times back on that list. Appreciate the effort
