As far as i know, racing starts after green flag is shown, and at that point overtaking is allowed no matter where in field you are.
No overtaking before S/F is this^^ applied to first two cars in the field (green flag is shown when leader of the field crosses the S/F line).
Any other interpretation (like back of the field can't overtake before s/f line even though green flag is shown) is pure nonsense.

Hmm it was interesting race. We had to start over from the back of the grid two times first time because of that (lag) hit in t1, and second time because we got hit from car behind in sc queue in confusion caused by leader of gt300 not starting on green flag (wtf was that?! ). Anyway our pace was good under the circumstances and we managed to get (provisional) 2nd place on the end with a little luck.
I would like to thank gt500 cars for being very considerate and patient, and also to say sorry to Dominik Engel for hitting him in left hander after the bridge few laps before end while he was lapping me. I expected of you to be faster there but you missed turn little bit.. later on replay i saw you were driving on ice cold tires. Good thing that accident haven't cost either of us positions Anyway sry again

Are we allowed to "cut" on oval part of the track (behind yellow line, pit entry/exit area), for example overtaking someone from the right side if he is in inside lane of oval?

Ok, city track, not enough place etc but it was only 1.3 minute track, so very short. Its not fault of the rest of field that some car made a mistake in tire lasting judgment so they should pay the price in their hard earned seconds. Both of SC periods (in 2nd and 3rd stint) in race were caused by popped tires, fist one came out when fzr with popped rears was only 1 (!) turn from the pits.
Also, I watched replay from last years ky nat race, it started with 3 SC periods , thats just.. unbelievable.
Not that i'm complaining about ruling (you are admins so its your call), but from what i've seen so far i have impression that admins are sort of "trigger happy" about sc periods so i'm giving you some arguments here to reconsider that practice.

Btw, can you please stop sending safety car on track for minor things like popped tires, pileups and shit. Do it like in other leagues, for flipping and stucking in sand, thats just common sense.
XRRs and especially FXRs are counting on their advantage in shorter pit stops, if you took that away from them by throwing sc in every stint, they don't stand a chance against fzr that has better race pace. So please put sc in only when absolutely necessary! Thanks

Thats so true, I still remember igtc 2008 and round 3. Track is nonsense narrow and short, I expect apocalypse there with 2 classes.
