How about something like Not For Girls, to celebrate your York(ie) heritage (and not at all any latent homosexuality in the band)
Speaking of which, who is Suzy sleeping with? That's usually the only reason a girl on an accompaniment instrument ends up in bands
I was trying to think of a word using bits of all of your names, but you all have crap names for messing around with!
And those were the least ridiculous suggestions I had!
Wouldn't surprise me if what they were doing was getting save games to sell online. Odds are if you tell them to shove it that you'll go somewhere else, they'll bend over backwards to keep your business. Remember, they want your money and that gives you the power.
Yes, sounds dodgy as. I wouldn't take the hard drive either - it has no bearing on the repair job. It's internal hardware that's to blame, not external. Even Microsoft don't ask for the hard drive back.
Tell them you don't have a hard drive. Their policy can't force you to return something you don't want repaired.
He just bugs me in everything I've seen him in. It's always the same thing over and over. In fact, even when he's not "acting" he still bugs me.
So irrelevant of how amazing anyone says a particular movie is, I'll avoid it just because he's in it. And if he's only taking in $3 for every $1 paid to him, it would seem that a lot of people agree.
What exactly is it about the name that's so troubling (and why dig the post up after 10 days)? Albany is an area of New York (and less cool but more ironically, we have loads of fans living in St Albans), and down is...the opposite of up. That's where I like the girls to go
Originally it was rumoured to be the distress call of the 9/11 plane that crashed in the field but I can't find any evidence of that.
But hey, there is no bad publicity. Pimpage is still pimpage.
Like I said before, it's almost like they're seeking out reasons to push back the live date. Damage system, weather, what next? I note we haven't seen any decent in-game shots of the rally content yet either.
But they still have time to go round accurately modelling every single new car that's about to be released and taking thousands of screenshots.
The longer they leave it, the more awesome it's going to need to be to live up to the delays. If they'd released it a few months after Prologue they'd have got away with it, and would've been able to patch any new features in as they went rather than just shouting about them. At this rate, people are going to want the cars to physically jump out of the screen and crush them to death when they crash.
Don't run that one, run the other .exe in that zip.
Working fine for me this far, although I'm having graphic issues. On Dx7 mode I've just got a section of it in the top left corner. Get fullscreen in OpenGL mode but it crashes when I try to exit to a menu. I'll sort something
I didn't even notice it was a demo user, I only noticed the suggestion of possibly the most boring piece of track ever. I can't even imagine how dull a few miles of straight line would be. No chance to get back any time you lose early on, nothing to fight against but the wind, no need to actually think about where you're going or your position on the track. For 5 miles? Hell no.
And racing at 300km/h isn't going to be any more of a challenge than racing at 200km/h. If both cars are around the same speed and the drivers around the same skill, the race would be amazing and intense no matter what speed you're doing.
I love racing the UF1s for that very reason - they're not fast but you're always bunched together.
It's rare to see anyone with a launch-era 360 these days
But remember the warranty not only covers the RROD issue, it also covered one of the AV issues that was mentioned earlier in this thread. E71 or 74, I can't remember which. It's basically related to the same thing*.
* The bright sparks decided to use solder that melts at operating temperature. Well done guys.
My favourite app is iPity. Download it, it's awesome
The only app I've bought so far is SlotZ, which is basically Scalextric. I want to play some custom tracks with real people, but nobody ever has it.
Cockpit view is rarely forced because the ones who don't use it don't like being told how to play. And I can't blame them, because I wouldn't want to be forced to use an external view either.
The wheels view is good for working out lines since you can see exactly how near the apex you are, or how much further you can afford to go. I don't use it, but on top of the frame rate over cockpit view I assume that's the main function.
How many of you are there, and are you a good mix of male and female singers? The Grease soundtrack is always a winner with crowds, but you'll want to have at least a couple of people who can harmonise.
And don't have everyone singing everything. Either alternate and take a line each, or harmonise. Loads of people singing loads of words in the same key sounds clumsy and amateur. Just ask Jedward
There are no real drag strips that long, mainly because of the reason ColeusRattus said. Once you're in top gear and your foot's on the floor it's just pointless.
Maybe it should have a couple of configurations though. Maybe 1/8 mile, 1/4 mile and 1/2 mile, but I wouldn't even bother going as long as a full mile because even the UF1 should be at full tilt by then
If it works, it's a great idea. Even if it was spamming the hell out of a mailbox, if the giveaways are genuine then it's a pretty good deal. I'm saving up for something I wouldn't normally buy, so I was thinking a rhythm game, but I'm not sure whether to go with Guitar Hero or Rock Band. That's a debate for another day
The FM2 auction house was a bit of a nightmare because of the way the searches were done. You couldn't really just browse stuff, so you had to know exactly what you were looking for before it would appear above the VIP sellers.
My Pac Man Beetle sold regularly. Cost me about 40k to build, and they sold for up to 100k. Good times It was too heavy to be competitive, but I thought the shape matched the design best. Maybe it's time I remade it for Forza 3...
