Quote from Killer Beast :How do you delete that and what is it?

sorry for the delay.

the profile is what contains all your settings and extensions. if you delete it, firefox goes back to what it was like when you first installed it, at least for your specific computer user.

it's usually stored in c:\docs and settings\you\application data\mozilla\.

Quote from Scawen :I don't think so, but I will explain in more detail to make sure I'm not missing something.

In the version you have, you can't set qualifying on an open configuration, even if lap timing is enabled, for racing purposes. That is now possible. That uses a layout, but it's not "autocross" because it doesn't have a start position.

But that bug fix you quoted - it was that you could use the /qual command if you created an actual autocross layout, with a start position (but not in the game setup screen - only with the /qual command). But that is an individual time trial event, so qualifying doesn't make any sense in that case.

so regular autocross layouts (think BNJ) shouldn't be affected? kinda confusing with the autocross word being thrown around a lot.

i thought that was a good thing...?

Quote from TFalke55 :A friend of mine suggested me to look out for some virus. He told me there were some similar problems with a virus infection due to a loophole in XP SP3.

what would be the point of randomly turning off someone's computer though, that makes no sense... it would be more advantageous for them to keep it on and use it for nefarious purposes.

ankle socks are for girls...

Quote from E.Reiljans :Shouldn't it be possible in any RWD car with 95% front brake balance? In XRG you can easily do that on BL1 straight (used on demo drag servers) with knobblies in rear.

no idea, i've only really done it in the XRR...

i used to have some pretty good reflexes, i've done sub-10.5's before.

just saw it on the news, bettman is on tv now talking about the deal... it's still subject to the approval of the board of governors, but it seems atlanta is moving to winnipeg.

i hope they decide to move phoenix.

Quote from dawesdust_12 :I carry a reflective wrist-band for night driving.. I think its really beneficial trying to do hand signals while shifting and steering.

if you have one hand on the shifter and one hand on the wheel, how can you signal? how many arms do you have?

apparently we're supposed to find out today if winnipeg gets a team again...

and on the AHL front, newfoundland is still trying to figure out if they're going to "subsidize" the manitoba moose. haven't heard anything about vancouver's AHL replacement.

i guess i'll be watching the news all day.

does ie work? if it does, try uninstalling firefox, and make sure it deletes your profile, then reinstall it.

i haven't noticed a difference in hosting servers with wine since the 0.9.x days... for what it's worth, most of wine's updates would affect a person playing in wine more than it would a person hosting a server with wine.

lfsworld has the hotlap wr list, but as for intake-restricted cars, it doesn't consider them a different car.

autio appears to keep track of pb's for airio custom cars, but it doesn't appear to have a wr list.

on the client, the scrollback appears when you press H, but it's limited... i'm not sure if it's logged to file anywhere for the server or to go back further back than what the screen holds.

For those who think that this isn't possible. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=izyZ1kKQzbE

Outerra is a game currently in progress and here is an example that it's very possible. (Yes, those dirt trails are formed over time as vehicles drive in them and they turn deeper and deeper. They also slowly flatten out if not driven on)

Someone might have posted this example before.

what about the havok engine?
