Haha! You guys are a riot!

I'd like to drop it about an inch, but I think I'd rather get a nice set of coilovers instead of springs. I had springs on the Mustang, and I wasn't 100% satisfied.

I bought the Fit for the utility. I was sick of having to borrow a vehicle to move anything larger than a beverage cooler.

Yes. This weekend I'm going to paint it solid red with a paint roller in order for it to pass technical inspection. After that I'll either sand it down a bit, for the car to look as shitty as the bonnet looks like now, or drive it until the paint come off by itself.

I just wonder if it will pass on first try, as the whole front end was zip-tied together after my cousin borrowed it and hit a truck. A shitty car, but its reliability and low fuel consumption is what prevents me from throwing it out.

Yea, mine used to be reliable untill i added 200-300kgs of stereo, now I'm down to about 9-11 km/l all depending on the lenght of the trip.

But the happiness of actually driving the car now is way higher than it was when i bought it, it get's a tad bit more attention now.
I have this UFO (1.3) too
I did a trip to Spain with it 3 years ago.

My car has completely dead shock absorbers. Feels like a moving trampoline. Wheee!

I've even considered finding stiffer springs to make a car less of a boat and more of a pogo stick.

Long trips doesn't cause any problems to these cars. My Toyota has travelled to Saaremaa in single day without troubles, despite having a broken thermostat valve and keeping constant speed of 120km/h. It was hot, but kept on moving. And it didn't blow any steam!

find a cheap corolla and use it as a car for spares. no need to worry where to find parts. profit.

if you're a fan of ratlook by the looks of it you could use the spare corolla's metal parts and rust them and think what to use what day and etc. if they look bad you can always put the other parts back on.
And slam it
Me and my friend have just gathered some spare change and unexpectedly bought a 1995 Nissan Micra k11 1.0 . Cost us about 130euro. Great bargain for a working car!

Only one photo from the online advertisement, going to make more tomorrow, as it was already dark when we took it. Funny little car, only slow as hell. But should be great for some fun in the fields. And only uses drops of petrol! Real life UF1 lol

Also, the exhaust pipe is broken, so it growls like a sports car

I just have to ask that, is it that average Lithuanians can't afford a better car or is that car just for fun/parts/something else?

All of those. Actually it's difficult to reject a working car for 130 euros.

Also, the airbag is still intact, and catalytic converter looks like it wasn't castrated, so it's going to bring a bit of fun, and a couple of cents of profit.

I still think the Ronals are better!
I agree the ronals look better design wise, but they are too narrow imo. I like wider wheels, best thing would be to get some Schmidt TH lines some day.

These aren't the correct size, but something like this without the red would be nice.
