Quote from andybarsblade :would have thought that psu isnt good enough?

Just about OK I'd imagine.

XP = limited to 2.75Gb, and yes, i've been there before too.

OS X on 32 Bit systems is limited to 4Gb, on 64 bit its 256gb IIRC

Same as winblows
only reason i say that is that this is what is quoted: Note: These cards require PCI-E x16 slots, they will not function in a x8 slot so for SLi you need dual x16 mainboard. Finally 500W minimum for PSU and 600W+ is recommended.

Just fyi i know you've been trying to get more than 2.75, but in LFS the bottleneck is DEFINATELY the card, if you grab ATiTool you can overclock it, just push it up a little, and "Scan For Artefacts" for 10 Mins to test if it's stable.

What sorta speed does your computer run at? FPS in LFS? I'm looking at getting around the same thing but with a lower end C2D and a 7600GT.

Yeah, Christmas should be my new GPU update

FPS is about 150 - 170 on 1152x864 resolution and highest graphic settings in normal track. In start, if there are many cars, FPS is going down to 80 - 110. In layout tracks FPS not going lower than ~50.

P.S Sorry - crappy english.
