You dont need to sign in using your own account, you ca use guest for name and password and you can get the same info for anyone, so maybe you can get rid of the sign in and just use guest?

changeing the colors of the text in you name or number plate chenges the number of characters you can have in them, so haveing them all the default green, you will be able to have longer names or w/e.

in my opinion, the gear wine sound great, especially in the gtr cars. DaveWS did a great job with the sounds. As far as the sound in lfs, daveWS has reached the full potential.

what do you mean by longer name mod? A mod to make the total number of characters in your name higher? I dont know if anyonecould do that, it would have to be done by the dev's imo, unless everyone had the mod, i dont think it would work. Make a suggestion in the suggestion forum. You might get lucky!

i got 2 nec 17 inch lcd's. One is the 70gx2, which is amazing! The only thing is, i really want to get a third monitor, but i think my parents are going to freak out when they find out i bought a second one. I bought a new computer without them knowing, thats not so hard its under the desk and looks sort of like the old one i sold to cover some (very little) of the costs, but spending ~600 dollars to get monitors and another videocard or th2go, thats is something to freakout about. They give me money for university, i dont think they would be pleased to find out i spent over 1500 dollars sence january on computer stuff... Im moving back home in a couple of weeks, i cant wait to see the look on my dad's face, oh wait... yes i can!

I think it has a lot to do with the fact that it is devoloped by racing fans. Most other racing games are devoloped by people who wouldnt know the first thing about taking a turn. This and the lfs community, which is also amazing, especially considering the devs actually consider and care about what the users of the game want, like and dont like. The devs RULE! Honestly, they are doing an amazing job, i think they deserve more respect. Programming anything is hard work, but for 3 people to build a game that PWNS ALL other racing games, ITS QUITE AN ACOMPLISHMENT. if im even in england again, (was there before i played lfs) I would love to go and personally thank the devs. Just think about lfsworld! ITS AMAZING! that must have taken a lot of work. havent seen that anywhere else...

i can wait to see what comes in w. If its anything like last aprils update, its going to be great! Im expecting some great things. Updated sounds, physics, interfaces, some minor graphical changes. I cant wait.

basically what you'd want is a downforce hack, to alow all cars to change its downforce properties. I have no ideo how to do that, but im sure someone can do it. Anything is possible. I['d like to see this too. Get 700 hp xrt's going all out around turns with tweak and slickmod.

I was just loading fernbay gold with the lx6 and it said "warning: road tyres on rallycross track". Fe3 is not a rallyx track, so maybe this is a bug or something?

I get shoulder pains after racing for a while, because i have the G25 with a strong FFB. One hand on the shifter, and the other on the wheel.

i have the 7600gt and i have it set up now to be one big monitor (horizontal) and when i play a movie, it goes full screen on my seconday monitor, and what ever i tell it to do on my other monitor. I went into the control panel and chenge it to fullscreen on my secondary monitor, but thats the only option there is aside from the one that wont let the moie play. Is there a way i can have the movie show up on both of my monitors as one big screen?

I suggested this a few weeks ago. It can be done, but it ist'nt very realistic. It can make your shiufts extremely quick, thats the upside. Im guessing this is all going to be included in the patch (naybe not w) when the clutch see's better modeling.

I have just got my second display and got everything set up. Figured i would see what movies are like on 2 17inch lcds. But when i full screen the movie, it only shows on one screen. I have the movie playing in videolan, on xp mce 2005. It happens on everything, powercinema, media center, wmp. Wha is going on? Is it fixable?

dont want to rain on your parade, but i dont think this is possible. Well, i wont say its not possible, but i can promise it wont happen. Bespoke, tweak,slickmod all just unviel something that is already options in the game. To do this you would have to add something to the game. GOODLUCK! your going to need it. if you want to unlock the downforce settings for the xrt or w/e that may be more possible, but will require a lot of work im sure.

have you even contacted the devs yet? That would be my first thought. They are really frendly people and im sure they will straighten this out in no time.

wow 5 days no response... Well it can be done, Search. Bob smith explains how to do it with ati catylst control center. I have 2 17inch nec lcd's, and had them set up as one, and i got to say playing lfs really sucks with just 2 screens imo. You have a bar in the center of the screen, and it really interferes with your driving. What you have to do the achieve this effect, with ati (i have nvidia) is using catylst, "stretch" and not "extend".

i dont think it is worth doing. I have done it, but the sides of the monitors make it too awkward to use. Three monitors is the way to go. I might get another... if i didnt think it would overwhelm my desk. There is a program that will let you use three monitors without the triplehead2go if you have 2 videocards. if only someone could make one for 2 monitors that changes the centre of the screen to be the pillar in the window.

Please make the program with the abbility to turn off left or right screen. (depending on drivers position) I have 2 screens and can see myself(well, can see myself, but can't let myself) drop another couple of hundred of dollars to get a third monitor and a th2go.

Ray, i hope you read this... I am using your outsim example, seeing how it works , but i cant get it to. It wont work! What do i have to do? I have outsim enabled in cfg.txt, set to port 55, when i "turn on" the program to listen to port 55, nothing happens... What do i do?

i must have had well over 10000 miles. I had the demo for over a year, and played it frequently. Its great to have more then 3 cars, and some faster coompetition.

That is seriously impressive. I have only just begain to pratice with outgauge. Now im trying to see what is lying around i can use. So far nothing. But im wondering what possibilities my graphing calculators screen may have. Too bad it was so expensive, id probably have it taken apart already.
