I do not know how exactly the AI reacted before (< W32), but today in a SP race with 19 AIs, they do something strange after an accident. Please have a look at my SPR. Unfortunately the SPR have a size of ~ 20 MB (~12 MB zipped). Switch to AI "Jacqueline" and do fast forward to around 1 min 30 seconds (round 1 of 10)... I don't unterstand, why some cars don't drive away after that accident. Possible useful for later AI releases?

Yes, I know, AI does have an old state and this will be the one of the next work of Scawen, but it's possible, that this was why he have done some fixes with patch W32 too.

At the end of the race an AI can't reset because it remained hang on a fence. AVI-Clip (10 MB)

In version w17 is the translation correct (picture w17.png)

The automatic language selection on the website doesn't work. I don't know, what's wrong - so please have a look at first post. I have now published both links to the german and english content. A text link for language selection is on the website too.

Did you select the directory where lfs.exe is? That will be checked from the setup. The program will install the skins automatic in the right directory (data/skins or data/skins_x if the team skins are selected).

You can remove some movies (and modify the autorun/config/movie.cfg file), so the ISO should be small enough to fit on a CD-ROM.

Now, you can download the new DVD ISO of Live for Speed S2 0.5V incl. many tools, mods, textures, skins and others.

All additional informations (mirror links too) about the content of the ISO is available on the dedicated website Live for Speed S2 :: Inoffizielle DVD ISO (german) or Live for Speed S2 :: Unofficial DVD ISO (english) (the automatic language selection doesn't work; sorry - hope I can fix that soon). I hope, you like it! You will find also pictures of the new autorun/dvd menu on this site.

Some features are:
- setup/website language: english and german
- little selection of hires textures
- little selection of car skins
- better autorun with ALL tracks/layouts
- some changeable settings of the autorun (e.g. movie selection, track/car pictures)

First: Great work with the new patch release!

I've done a clean install with the http://www.liveforspeed.net/fi ... hp?name=LFS_S2_DEDI_V.zip dedi host file. But it looks like, that some files are missing? Should this not be the "full" dedi host?

Hm, I've found the missing files! The language files/directory are/is missing. With old language directory (from Dedi Host U) the new dedi host works fine. Hope, you can complete the zip file with the missing files.... for the others. ;-)

Sorry for my bad english

Some days before, I've connected to the server 'Team Eire Server' (Version U20). But I can't join to the race, can't add AI driver, can't select a car and - my main problem - can't leave the server!

If I'm clicking on the "leave" button and confirm the question with "yes" I switch back to the same screen. No error message or something else.

With LFS Version U the same thing - but I can close the window with (X) (not fine, but possible). With U28 I can't close LFS. Alt + F4, (X) or try to close LFS via taskbar doesn't work (but after trying to close window only the car and the track are visible; see the last part of the movie)! I can only close (kill) LFS via task manager!

See also attached the short movie what I'm talking about. The server is also still online. You can try it.

I hope, this is not an already known bug. I can't find anything like that.

I do not hit an other car, why this crash happens! My car is the yellow car with texture (number 4).

This movie is new (and the first one from me) but the lfs replay was recorded at june 06.

Unfortunately I can't create other clips, why replay file is corrupt (don't know why; get an error OOS).

I've got the same message with a single player replay from june 06. I know, it's working before (have created some fraps video clips). Now, I wanna create new ones. But now I can't play the replay.

I've installed Patch U20 before. But I get the same error message with the official patch version U.

Some other replays works fine (before and after june 06).

I've found a little bug.

If I wanna change a nickname but cancel the dialog with the ESC key (without any name modification), the name in the list is empty after that!
