I thought all NDR members had a degree in nutrition (deko has at least MSc in cheese, ellis is doing A-levels in Dinnertown high). Your ignorance amazes me.
Eating late does not make you fat. It's a common miss belief caused by people eating unhealthy when it is late.
I feel sad for lfs too. Imagine being constantly bullied by people saying it's not good enough and how they NEED a new patch and at the same time rival games gather massive popularity despite being utterly completely shit.
If I was LFS I would probably crack under pressure and go kill myself with a toothbrush and a jackhammer
FTR I don't use sarcasm, since some people are too young / stupid / scatterbrained / American to understand it. Also I do say pretty much everything I think out loud.
So while you are a bit of an arse, quite a big one actually for making it a personal mission to go all orgasmic about how other people should run their servers - especially if you are falsely claiming to try and improve on standards which is a load of bollocks, since it is of no ****ing relevance to anything nor does it concern you in any way, and also because thinking you know better is pretty dumb and a sign of narcissism, I do think that ends justify the means.
I'm not giving out support if that's what you wonder but I do like what you have done in this situation. I generally like taking advantage of stupid people's stupidity. It serves them right.
2) You're, like every other redneck, exaggerating the skill it takes to have an afternoon's cruise in a racecar from the stone age. Granted that racing one is difficult but this hardly qualifies. There is no reason what so ever for either driver to drive really on the edge. The difference is that an F1 car can not be driven slowly, otherwise you would crash because of not having any mechanical or aerodynamical grip. Both of which are considered witchcraft in most nascar teams.
What I love especially is the fat american (OP link) saying how Stewart is going to have an easier time in the f1 car because of his experience in open wheelers whereas Hamilton is going to struggle illepall
Either use a proper image editor, GIMP is a great free program, or if you are not into skinning ask someone to do a base for you and you can edit stuff like names and other regulatory stuff in yourself. If you ask Thilo here nicely he might even do one for you (he has previously).
But for the love of ****, don't use paint. Please.
Right, after a while it occurred to me that perhaps LFS doesn't send the state packets because there are no state changes! What tv director does is basically going to shift-u mode and then it somehow figures out where cars are and focuses the 'cameras' in the correct place - therefore there are no view changes that LFS reports.
So my follow up question is, is there any way of determining the viewed player in shift-u mode?
Yes, that. I didn't mean I LFS stopped sending packets completely, I can still request the state packet (or any other) at will.
As I understood it, LFS should send a state packet when ever something in it has changed. However, if the change has occurred because of an instruction being sent over insim, then the state packs will wont be sent anymore.
For the record, I ran Tv Director with Insim Sniffer, and it did not show state packets being received when view is changed or viewed player is changed. The state packets that were received were triggered by other events, such as pausing the game.
So I was running LFS TV Director and another insim program at the same time. The other program is triggered to do something whenever a state packet is received. However, if you use tv director LFS (apparently) stops sending those packets that would normally be sent when changing view or viewed player.
Why is that and is there any smart way of getting that info in some other way?
This logic is completely flawed, as the start time will change when a person in a country that has just adapted to DST looks at it. In which case the start time has changed.
The start time will not have changed if the country you're in has not adjusted the time in relation to GMT.
