yes... i've found that i asked about some useful program that puts it in clear way:P ignore my earlier question as i've found that VHPA has bin reader build in, thanks anyway
Hi
In /raf/ there are files car_info.bin and as i understand this file contains detailed information about car? Is there a any program/way to read this data?
TFalke55 yes i susspected that it takes closest fights and focus on them and i like that, great thing but sometimes is focuses on car for too long and like i said i've said i could see leader for about 15s (if even that) in 30 min race. unfortunately i can't control it from another pc.. looks like the project is suspended now (no activity for months from author?) but concept is realy realy good but imo there is few thing that could be upgraded and it would resoult in even better piece of software
great software! what i miss is fastest lap info with focus on a driver also i don't know about priority which driver to show but i watched race and i've seen leader for about 15s in 30 min race.. is there a way to set such priorities?
hm also some driver had been shown for 3-5 min without a change... anything i can do with that? what defines which driver is on focus?
HI
Great tool it is!
I have a question: can i check how much traction i have on rear wheels (on rwd) under acceleration? i would like to check (and adjust) traction at wheels when adjusting differential and i would like to avoid inside tire spin but also keep reasonable control. thing is with low power values i spin inside wheel which is not that good
thanks!
GFX card has nothing to do with speed of loading the textures mate (if u have enough memory) even fastest pc will choke on such sizes... what if my textures are 10000x10000 in dds?! point is disable or change timeout limit and problems dissapear
i agree...priority is not way to fix it.. what if your textures will have 300MB and it takes 15s to load them ... lfs will timeout anyway in 10s(or the number which is set to)
about timeouts... its because of textures size... if you use high resolution dds (they are big files) lfs will timeout before it will load all textures... it happens to me very often... and this is slightly anoying really .... i don't know but looks like lfs stops sending/recreiving packects to/from host and that is direct reason for timeouts... what is the timeout margin in lfs? 10s and u timeout? maybe it could be increased a little of disabled during track loads/changes
Hi today we had 43 laps race at Aston GP with BF1 which took about 1h30m.
U can do only 15 laps with full tank to 2 stops were necessary. On first few laps i took some minor damage. My 1st pit stop was just refuel which took about 8s, 'repair damage' was set to 'no' and it was ok. 2nd pit stop was the problem. During race i was hanging amount of fuel to be added on stop (I decreased it by few %) and i changed tires change option from 90% to 'always' i didn't touch 'repair damage' and it was set 'no' (because i didn't even touch it) and i'm 100% sure it was 'no' because i checked few times if setting are correct for next pitstop. But when finaly i went to pits the repairs started + 'updating setup' info appeared. repairs tookk about 20-25s and ten tire changed and car got refueled. Did anything like that happened to somebody before?
I have a replay saved but it doesn''t store pitstop settings does it?
PS looks like i made thread about problem already reported in other thread.. sorry
yes... i just did BF1 pit stop took about 8s to add 90% fuel... next pitsop i did the same with tires change.. time? --> 13-14s!!!! an how realistic is that... and its not only with bf1 also affects other cars.... no wonder why nobody wants do to pit stops... they are not realistic and cost too much time, faster is to fill tank with fuel for whole race or do refuel at pitstop but without tires change... no.. this is serious and should be improved asap... whole racing idea and fun suffer because od this.. also little improvement of tire wear/temps would bring lfs to new level
