Quote from S3ANPukekoh3 :Far out this season really does prove the F1 is all about the car, not the driver.

in the sense that they're all in the same ballpark, skill-wise

Oh yeah, because it has been so different those past seasons, lots of overtaking and as many winners as GPs... oh, wait...
Cant wait to see Brawn GP to dominate the hole race again
Im still not getting used to those new shapes of formulas.. looking too wierd for me. Hopefully gonna be as exciting as the last race

I thought the speed limit was 100 km/h?
It apparently is 60kph on this track.

And I think it's 80 normally.

I think it is 100km/h everywhere now for the race but 60km/h for practice / qualifying.
Quote :The newspaper claims that the world champion was talked out of walking away from the sport by FIA president Max Mosley, after Hamilton contacted the governing body to express his frustration that McLaren had misled him over the affair.

Well thats a kick in the teeth for all the tin foil hat conspiracy theorists out there who would have you believe that the FIA want Lewis out of Formula 1

This is getting a bit over the top if we were to be honest Lewis was stupid, and Mclaren were guilty of putting a driver into a position that they really should never have.

But look at the likes of Prost/Senna.Schumacher, all at one stage of their racing days were called 'Cheats' and yet worked hard and raced hard and showed that they were also good drivers. No doubt Lewis will bounce back form this, but not straight away. It can take years to build up trust, and only 1 second to lose it.

At the end of the day, maybe a move from Mclaren will be the best for Lewis, maybe then, he will become his own driver, and not be a controlled puppet that Mclaren seem to want in a driver. (case in point, pick any driver who has left Mclaren then went somewhere else, and see the different persona)
I see no reason for him to stay at Mclaren, I called a switch at the end of the year the moment he gave that interview and said it was the worst experience of his life. Could he really stay with a team that put him through that? Not unless they offer him a consistent title contending car, and consistency is not something Mclaren offer. Hamilton and Button for Brawn GP 2010!
Quote from ATC Quicksilver :Hamilton and Button for Brawn GP 2010!

Unless Brawn can secure finances AND the resources they need (plenty of time at a wind tunnel, for example) they'll probably be nowhere in 2010. They've got a great position now because Honda developed the car all of last year and into this year, but without development (which costs a lot of money and requires a lot of resources) they're going to be standing still while all the rest of the teams are racing forwards because they either have the resources or are allied with teams who have them.
Enough of this bullshxt already lol, it's looking like WWE with all these exagarrated dramas.
