Quote from xtraction :Ive left SRLT due to bad management and poor recruitment. Also the owner has been very childish recently and not being respectful, i wont be standing for this any longer....

Quote from xtraction :...People that have left, Raphael, Tommy, Joe and Me have left because of immature behaviour of the owner, Secondly some terrible management throughout.

i feel dejavu when i read xtractions posts

Yann, read again. :P
He means, that every time he leaves team, he joins another team straight away. He can't be without team for a long time etc.
But Yann understood it, that he can't be for long time in a team.

Anyway, good luck guys. Even though lately you've been losing team members, you can't give up, and team manager should do something about it.
Oh yes, yes. Both of them are right about Tommy.
Post deleted, my mistake.

Anyway, Tommy is a very ambitious and commited guy... He is very active, and knows that he has a lot to give inside of a team. He's not the kind of guy who likes to be passive and just see how the things are going, without trying to improve them at some point.

Although I didn't agree with some decisions he made at SRLT, I'm pretty happy about the period he spent with us.
I don't see no point being sad or something like that for losing Tommy, you guys should be more than happy that you had guy like Tommy who now is in one of the top teams.
Quote from GreyBull [CHA] :I totally agree with that TBH. Some people simply don't realise that they are only harming their reputation by trying to argue randomly, whatever is saying there... Even if I don't like the expression, but I would just advice to these people to get a life. I can understand that there might be some rivality/animousity/whatever between different groups of people, but honestly, what's the point at bringing on the fight publicly, while 95% of the readers won't even understand what the hell you are talking about, simply because they don't know the guys whose concerned in the flamewar and don't even know the snag going behind the scenes And I highly doubt that the 5% left will actually crave about reading your little pointless rant.

Trust me, dealing with these problems via PM/MSN/whatever-you-want-but-not-the-team-section-of-lfsforum.net does work, as long as you are actually willing to keep the discussion civil.

I'm really getting bored about this kind of bitching TBH. If I bought this simulator, it was to race, not to get in conflict with people 1.500km away from my house, whom I don't even know what they look like. I do belive that having a thread in this section is good overall, for our e-penis of course(:razz, but also to get better known in the community... I've always liked to browse the section and post a "good luck" or two at every new project getting real, even if I've only raced with them twice or three times, just because I love this game and this community so much that I know that a little bit of kindness will always encourage to set-up something half-decent But seriously, if you think the aim of this thread is to make endless discussions with cheap "ZOMG WHY DID TEH TEAM LOST 4 MEMBERZ!!one!" or "LULZ EIMANTAS YOU LOOSER TEH TEAM IS DYING", then I guess you're missing something. Plus, a PM or a shoot in MSN to someone concerned by the matter will inform you a lot more, trust me.

To make it short : STFU and race, people

After a precedent week of doubts and instability, we are very glad to announce some great news there !

Mantas and Lauris promoted !

First of all, we are very proud to announce the promotion of our two development members, Mantas Neverdauskas and Laurynas Matonis. Both of them come from Lithuania, and are respectively 16 and 15 years old. Despite their low online millage and their limited experience, they impressed us by their great motivation and by their activity inside of the team. Mantas also proved that he deserved his nickname of “FWD specialist”, bringing back home yesterday a very surprising victory at the International XF Gti Championship at Aston Club Reversed.

The well established Frenchman Yann Laprevotte, showing his new special skin celebrating the first birthday of his crown at the LFS Beginners' Cup, alongside of the freshly promoted Lauris and Mantas.

What the buck, guess who's back !

We also are extremely happy to present our new recruit : Daniel Buck ! The 24 years old Brazilian isn't unknown for most of us, as he was already part of the team between May and August 2009. He also was the man who snashed the team's first ever victory, at the Round 4 of the Season 3 of the LFS Beginners' Cup, and took an excellent 8th position at the 2009 Kyoto 500. Dan then had a small break from LFS for personnal reasons, and came back on the international scene with a small passage at Clockwork Motorsports. Dan is known for his very enthousiastic and very friendly personnality, and we are very glad to see him “back home” !

Other various news... :

The 16 hours race just released the official results of the 2009 session. SRLT is respectively 13th in GT1, 10th in GT2, and 14th in NGT. Also note that SRLT was the only team with CoRe which managed to engage one car in the 3 different classes.

Yann Laprevotte finished the October 2009 season of the Fun Racing League in a very strong 4th position, just behind the 3 Race 4 Fun drivers Naso, Il Nonno and Lysergic.

The Danish Racing Team has 3 danish members out of 12 I really don't understand what's the fuss with a team's name. It doesn't really have to reflect reality you know.
Well, it's just not logical.
