First select the area of the tire.
Copy it into a new layer.
If it is not a proper circle, transform it to make a proper round circle
Make sure it is selected and apply radial blur.
Transform it back to its original shape.
Flatten image

you dont have to copy selection to new layer. You can apply this effect into the merged layer too...

Bloody hell, i realised today that it's been ages since the last edit illepall

hehe, I guess I did my last edit before you even knew about LFS lol

The pic is cool but the shadow could be way nicer if it was darker under the center of the car

Well yes I gatherd that but there must be like touches people do the pic to get it looking such high quility Like the shadows and the blurryness of the picture etc etc

yes but you'll have to copy it into a new layer for transforming.

new shadow + Exposure, i think it's better, and ORION, i know about LFS since day one

as it is now i can only press print screen once then i have to paste the screenshot in photoshop, then go into lfs again. so you are really quick when you do this? :P.

That s the way i did it and i pressed p to pause the replay beetween each picture.
