Back to basics, trying to learn everything again... My skills have gone to worse

The front wheel looks weird, but for you, I don't think it's a bad edit. But I would advice you to, remove the ugly plate, make the shadows on the tires coming from those thingies on top of the tires. Not sure what you call them...Play with the contrast and colors, and that pic could be quite nice.

The first one isn't half bad, I just don't get the light blue things. Must be some filter thing.. The blur on the second pic doesn't work, even if the car certainly stands out.
