Quote from cargame.nl :I do not understand the surprise belief what some members throughout the years bring up. There where never 'surprises', every release was a release what was being discussed in the months before. Lets keep it that way, surprise expectations only lead to disappointments/negativism which is unnecessary. Jesus is coming, some day.

I have told this about 10 years now.

I do not remember at all about next one I am posting and asking, so, sorry in advance if someone done already before in some cases but...

I am assuming all the work has been done so far... and we do have some few aspects of water ( Blackwood and Fern Bay )... Water gets another update? Last time I remember was DirectX 9.0 update and water reflected sun.

Quote from Evolution_R :Please don't stop communicating. I think it is better and far more interesting to know what is being worked on, some of the problems and their solutions. Smile

I find it more appealing to have news out of nowhere after silent moments... or just moment. Tongue

Quote from Eclipsed :2000 Celica just dims dashboard a little when switching lights on. '01 Colt also if I remember correctly. '91 MR2 has dashoard unlit normally,it's lit with lights switched on,has manual dimmer though, probably like most 80ies/90ies japanese cars. Have no other experience. Shrug

Yes, manual dimmer in 90% cases. ( little twist roller under the wheel or driver's left side. Also to switch on/off...

Usually have 1 bulb on each main gauge... and any kind of warning indicators are so bright that with poor eye sight you are unable to see what actual icon it is, unless you know it of course lol. Perhaps main purpose of having them so bright is simply to notify driver instantly. I like it that way. Big and bright icons. Matter of taste.

( EDIT: Of course, the dim switcher can also be on at gauge clusters, usually there where you set digits of time, which is shown in 12 hours. )

A bit off topic but...

I usually tend to use as much light as possible from my gauges when I am driving cac... and my face is partially green...

...Or not at all! ( lol )

It is kinda same in traffic, the brighter the traffic lights, signs, other, the better...

However, when oncoming traffic appears, I hope they have as dim as possible, due I get blinded everytime when some truck drivers keep their long beams on, forcing me to take sunglasses on... at night.

I should suggest to lock this thread before it goes more mad...gone way too off-topic.

Don't worry. There is only 0,000005 % chance I become a biological daddy.

Does not help much though

What's the deal if it takes months of time away? Especially when forum threads are open.

Quote from simon1234 :Oh all is forgiven then perfectly fine to crack a host and a game if its difficult to buy lol.

In today's standards, seems to be so. Same applies in real life methods as well.

Quote from simon1234 :The stupid thing is they dont buy LFS but they pay money to the server host for admin privileges and to not lose bonuses on the cruise server's go figure LOL.

I think that is seriously sad.

Quote from MousemanLV :Most of them are nonames, except for SL and Botsi Shrug And how many of them finish the actual race? How long is the actual race tho.

Try to replicate it with a sign-up system via LFSforums.

Can you have a solution?

I would probably join, if only I would not be so damn tired of my work.

But I hope people who joins this, has experience of AS2/AS2R ( or was it AS3? 4? anyway! ) layout called Kink / Kink Rev. Both this and AVUS layout has a lot of similarities. ( This one is just about 2x shorter )

Quote from THE WIZARD DK :
(i sneak peeked at your YT channel UM) Wink
i didnt notice at all you bumped walls on a oval. not at all Big grin
did you ever find out how it was possible the car stopped on 2 wheels?

- lol... there is nothing much at all... Oh well.
mmmm... oval!
Yes I certainly did! I believe physics has slight error on calculations. Standing under 90 degree 2wheel standing... it should had flipped over, but probably FE6 track with specific settings and area spot caused to have something like that... It may be also knobbly tires has some miscalculations.

Even if this simulator is tend to make as realistic as possible... why to limit certain aspects of something else, regardless of being it realistic or not...

Same thing goes for every simulator game as well.

If this game goes like as you think it should be, then I suggest to delete completely fictional cars and only able to drive with cockpit view... and no restarts or disconnections.
