Points will be counted for the teams. If you for example has 3 cars from one team and all three cars get for example 12 points all together, we will find the average number by dividing with 3 = 4. Read more in the attached file beneath.
List of registered for the race: Those who haven´t a team can enter the privateer team or maybe ask one of the existing teams to join there. If there isn´t coming any other request, privateers will automatically be put into the privateer team

Of course it should be penalized to drive up in the back of the SC field and hitting the cars there!..as it is penalized to do so in all kind of races.
You definitely misunderstand. The "cheater" is not the one, who is sleeper! The "cheater" ..(don´t take the word to seriously) could be the impatient driver, who can´t wait 2 seconds to overtake a slow reaction driver, as you said.
Yes, it´s subjective, as many other choices in racing are so ...but rules could help to make it difficult to cheat with those things. Remember we already have penalties for passing before it´s allowed.
Agree on that, but maybe say, there has to go f.ex 2 seconds before you are allowed to start passing a car which is not following the other cars. Because it has to be clear that it´s about a sleeping driver or someone with mechanical problem...maybe pitlimiter button, which is not working or a mild/hard crash with wall or spin or going into the grass.
If you cheat with this you can be given a penalty.
4.2) Drivers must not overtake any cars before passing the start/finish line. However, it is allowed for a driver to draw up alongside another. Overtaking before crossing the line will result in a drive-through penalty (hereafter DT) if caught by the marshals, or a one (1) lap penalty in the final standings if protested after the race.
I assume that´s correct, what´s being said here, that it´s not the pole car, who should pass the line first, but your own car.
I just think there should be done something about the sleeping drivers and drivers who slows down dramatically or has an accident before the start finish/line. Then you are stuck behing this car or could accidently pass the car.
In three of the races so far, we have been experiencing this and it gave us a great disadvantage from the start. F.ex. see in this race DBA Allan Didriksen totally sleeping in front of us (unity) and a very big gap was created to the first part of the field.
It should be allowed to pass in those cases as long as it´s very clear....or the old rule should be the valid again, that it´s the pole position car, who should pass before the others cars could pass each other.
If a team has two cars, they could also misuse this rule to give their primary car an advantage, if their secondary car helped slow down their rivals.
It´s good that Benji explain afterwards, why the SC is apployed. It helped understand the reason. When you´re just in the midle of racing and you don´t see any worrying things going on, it´s difficult to understand. So thank you for the clarification.
Sc is sometimes good and sometimes bad for one. We had both a situation with SC, where we had just pitted, so we lost on that, and we also had a good situation, where we could take advantage of the SC period. It´s the same thing for all other cars. You have to deal with it and if you can, take advantage of it.
What makes it a bit special here in LFS, is that we don´t have all the debries and cars who can´t run in the middle of the track...and medical care etc. I hope it will come soon from the developers side, so endurance will be much better and realistic in the future. This features will for sure make the SC totally no doubted.
Le Mans is about endurance. But the game doesn´t think too much of engine problems and other sudden problems. I really would like just a litlle more of this. It would make endurance to be much more realistic.
It´s still only focused on the drivers speed and drivers "endurance"...not the cars..except tyres.
Tonight thursday, there will be training for the race on Sunday, as shown above. UFR on Westhill International. If we are many we will have a copy of the race. (Qualify 10 minutes, sprint race 10 laps, main race 20 laps)
If less, we will practice and have shorter races.
Hope to see also new people!
Server: unity-racing.com
thursday 7th June at 20.30 CET
Server will be open for all 1 hour before...from 19.30 - 20.30 And those who come there and will join will get a password...after that the server will be private.
I support this idea too. Teams has to report absence. It´s lack of discipline not to...and their spot can be filled by another car or from an already participating teams other car.
It is normal for any league, that there will be some team exchange.
June 3 on Fernbay Green June 10 on Westhill International June 24 on Aston Historic
We will run the UFR on 3 different tracks.
Each event is a short sprint race and a longer main race. Always reversed pitstop and forced pitstop in the main race.
Winner of the UFR Master Cup will be entitled to be the UFR Master.
The one who end up scoring most points after completing in all the cars in LFS will be the Superior Master.
