Personally speaking an update wasn't needed but it is good to get one I am sure alot of the people who said they are leaving or will eave is just empty threats, when the email notification goes out they will be back lol. Keep working on it Scavier, we will be here when it is done.

On a funny note with the email notification: I was on my pc the other night and up popped an msn notification to say I had an email off LFS. I got so excited, turns out it was a PM lol.

Weird that xbox are getting the maps a month before ps3. Not that I care really as I am on xbox lol. Good to have some new maps, hopefully they will be decent maps.

Wondering if anyone here can help me. I am looking for a company or website that can print up custom t shirts that is preferably within the UK (or doesn’t charge a lot for shipping.) I have found a couple but none do quiet what I need. I am looking for some t shirts that are printed front and back and getting some of my own images printed up but all the sites I have found only do one side or don’t do custom images.

As has been said many time; there lies, damn lies and statistics.

From my personal point of view though alot of the people I used to race against regularly just don't play lfs anymore. A few are interesting but there are a few who just don't care anymore. There are a fair few people like me who keep an eye on here but really don't play now. So drawing from this it would seem that it is new people palying. However a small sample doesn't prove the rule.

It is the same with alot of things though, decimalisation was supposed to make things easier due to the points you raised with the maths but it just failed. You buy petrol in litres, but your beer in pints. We use miles not km. Ask 99% of people how tall they are and they will tell you in feet and inches, or how heavy and it will be in stones/pounds not metres or Kg. Strange but true lol.

I can see where you are coming from but, for me personally, if someone had said that to me I wouldn't of thought it was racist. I am making some assumptions here as I don't know much about forklifts, but I would assume that the fuel gauge light wire is not just attached it would be soldered or held down with a nut. Now while this could of come loose in the week since the service, it could of also been down the shoddy service. If this is indeed the case then whoever did the service is relevant. If there is one white who does it and one black guy (and you don't know their names) what is wrong with that. If you don't know their names you have to describe then and their skin colour is the biggest difference. Hmmm I don’t see how people can complain about noob tubers, not like you can’t do it back to them. Though I agree it is annoying to be randomly killed like that from across the map, especially playing hardcore TDM as they only need to get it near you to kill. Noob tubing does have its times though, like clearout out the underground base thing on wasteland. I do hate the lag at time though, playing ground war last night playing death match on quarry with sniper and shotgun and I was top with 24 K – 3 D and got timed out though my friend was in that game and rejoined to finish a lowly 3 K – 1 D

When I first had it mine was down at something riduclous like 0.2 (im not fps really) but worked at it and it is upto about 1.2. Though prestiging ruins it slightly as i like my custom classes too much lol.

Just because some people aren't complaining about development speed doesn't mean we are any less dedicated to seeing it prosper. In fact you could say we are more dedicated as we are happy to wait for lfs to develop to the best that is able to. As previously said though, nothing was promised! Yes posts and announcement were made that the patch was planned to be released, but it was exactly that a plan. Breaking news, plans don't always go to plan. Yes everyone has the right to their views and it can be posted that people think the development speed is slow and I am included in that. What people can't do it say they have a right to have the update. Everyone has to buy everything as it at the time. Now you could buy lfs with the hope that it will be updated and maybe that hope will get rewarded but there is nothing to say that there will be an update.

This, exactly how I feel. I know when the patch comes out I will more then likely race again but for now I am content to wait.

A good example is any console game, say modern warfare 2. You buy the game play it for a while, you come to hope that their will be new online maps. It is announced that they plan to release some maps, but if they don't you can't complain as you bought the game as is and you still have that.

I might just be repeating what other people have said, but:

Learn to drive: Yes I believe you can. If you have a wheel with 3 pedals and h shifter, then I believe it could teach the physical control of a car e.g. Clutch down to change gear, clutch down when braking so you don't stall and even to an extent getting the car moving etc.

Learn to drive safely and on public roads: No, Definately not. For driving on the road, as said before, it is so much more than just moving the car around which racing sims can't provide.

Due to one thing or another I seemed to miss the first half of all the games. I, like others I am guessing, presumed the Ireland were the ones to beat. Watching the Ireland game, I think that their chances are still high of winning sex nations (and maybe the grand slam too.) England were the surprise for me though, going on past performance, I expected a worse game. Whether the worse was loosing, dropping passes, loosing line outs etc but I was surprised. The game had its faults but I am hopeful that we can at least have a chance this year.

After the first games, I would say the order of favourites to win are – Ireland, England, Wales, Italy, France, Scotland.
