everything is kaput!!

getting a "error has occurred, gameserver has been stopped" message on all accounts....

Well I am getting this error message atm in the control center:

"An error has occurred. Contact an administrator. If you are an administrator please contact TCADMIN SUPPORT."

I still can't access the c-panel or control panel from the homepage. Are they down or are the links just broken?

The links are broken at the moment Josh,

For the game control panel you need to use: http://500control.co.uk

for c-panel you can either use: http://81.19.209.204:2082/ OR http://cpanel.500servers.com

Do you know how long this lasted so i can investigate this further, as i have not had an issue login into the control panel today.

The main configuration was dealt with for the new server, the Control panel access will be moved over at the same time tonight (Midgnight onwards).

the Control panel update has finally been finished successfully,

Due to complications on the Fist night it meant delaying the move over an extra day,

the 500servers control panel can be reached via:

OR directly via an IP:

http://89.238.172.211/

There's some problems logging in atm. It hangs after inputting username/password. Also Airio stopped working after I did an update to 2.3.5c yesterday.

Im not seeing any login problems here....

Is it throwing up any errors at all?

As for 2.3.5c that update has now been removed and 2.3.5d is available for install.

It hangs at "Processing" for a while, then a blank page comes up.

i've just restarted the control panel server now Let me know if its still giving you issues.

Same problem still. Might be something here at work that blocks it, so gonna try again when I get home.
