The online racing simulator
i understand what torque is irl, but in the game it doesnt seem to be related to actual measurements of any kind...
however, i just downloaded the newest version today and i am having problems.
using the xfg, lfstune keeps shutting down when i enter values anywhere except engine size.
i will have to go back to the other version i guess.

either way, this is a great program ciph

oh, btw, i was messing around in rim editor, and noticed that i cant save or load presets.
also, is there an "option" for changing the "track" of the car by changing the offset of the rims?
When i change the Engine size or hp the program already crashes which is very lame because in the previous versions it didn't
many people, same problem

It will, with a £12 investment! (I'm presuming this works with S1...)
aaawww... I thought I'll be able to put my car on slicks and change tire size.... it would be great for the next movie...
Keep up the good work mate
Anyone else got the same problem as me with the new version?..

i do exactly the same as i did with version 1, allthough version 2 seems to crash everytime i "delete" a value from one of the fields such as bhp...

Really frustrating as its a great mod, as i said, V1 worked fine, im just having problems with v2 crashing with the above. Anyone else had the same problem?

O/S = vista 32bit,
In the mean time you could replace rather than delete.
i thought of that...
that was the problem with the early mechaniK
didnt help me though
I'll just list up the errors I get:

Error inside 'WriteCarMemory'
Error when changing engine size
Error when adding too much power
Quote from motary :Anybody else having difficulties saving the presets?

Yeah that too
I dont know what the heck is wrong with my app but i have probably a idea why.. The same day i updated LFS-Tweak i deleted Visual Studio 2005 and installed Visual Studio 2008 and somehow i had to restart my Windows due crashes in Visual Basic 6. After i rebooted i had weird Errors while unloading the app so that was realy weird. I have to take a look what is going up with that piece of shit of VB. I got some PM's and its not that i ignore anyone sometimes i just have nothing to say about it, to all who sent me a good error report about what is going and some people even told howto reproduce the error = That is freaking helpful, thanks to those!

Edit: I released a fix for the Car Preset File, anyways i reinstalled Visual Basic maybe it dont crash anymore if you remove Values
Nope, still crashes. Thanks for trying though
i was trying to save a setup, and this messeage appeared: <<Error inside "cmd_Save_click", please report this on the Forums.>>

I have the same problem but I'm using Vista 64bits
I get that error when closing the application.
To avoid the crash when changing numerical values, you should try to wirte the number you want on notepad , and then copy paste to LFS-Tune. It seems to work for me.
It says that i got wrong version...It worked for me but then i did something and it doesent anymore -.-
O and it keeps saying that LFS tune stopped working...IM running on windows vista
error - cmd save click - please report this on forums

it also crashes ... a lot
I can now get it to work with values by copying and pasting from notebook btw who saw the 24h race
