One of the dyno tests, from 2007 after the atlanta race, courtesy of jayski.com:

#44-Dale Jarrett's car topped the chart with 799 horsepower through the rear wheels. #17-Matt Kenseth's car was second with 798 horsepower, followed by the #99 (792 hp), #42 (788hp), #20 (787hp), #22 (787hp), #2 (786hp) and finally Sunday's winner, #48-Jimmie Johnson, whose car measured 779hp, but that was after his massive burnout on the frontstretch at AMS.

The only horsepower numbers jayski has for restricted engines though, are from 2004;

NASCAR tested six cars on the chassis dyno after the Aaron's 499 at Talladega Superspeedway: #12-Dodge, #42-Dodge, #24-Chevy, #8-Chevy, #21-Ford and #6-Ford. Reports are that the #21 Ford was at 419 measured bhp and the #8-Chevy at 415 bhp at the rear wheels. No word on the rest of the results.

Quote from lerts :i tried anime as you guys recomended me, but couldnt stand it too violent, armagedom, giant combat robots?

i like mirmo zibang and sargent keroro, what else of this kind theres around, but plz no blood, something for children which most anime seems to be not

I was going to suggest some pretty badass stuff, but after reading the above sentences (and feeling a bit disappointed :shy, i can only suggest The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, or if even that is too much to you, Lucky Star.

Quote from BlueFlame :Enriqué Bernoldi comes to mind, when talking about people who have gotten there because of money. :P

Actually Bernoldi was faster than Raikkonen when both were testing for a Sauber seat back in the 2000's.

How much does it cost a laser scanning device?

Quote from tristancliffe :Why does it need to be 'up to date'? Is a F3000 clone not good enough? Which year of GP2 car would you prefer, and will you complain when they change the mirror design and LFS still uses the sidepod mounted mirrors...?

Just race. Everyone has the same beautifully handling car, so have fun. The 'age' of the car doesn't matter a jot.

F3000? To me its more like an Renault World Series car.

Quote from thisnameistaken :If this sim is designed with professional drivers in mind, does that mean they'll laser scan each track again whenever the surface changes?

I'm not surprised they're charging a fortune.

That's about right

They also say that his nipples are shaped as the nurburgring.

But all we know is that he is The Stig
