My problem was about a week ago when I was racing AS Cadet I touched my mouse button and was transported into someone elses car. My steering feedback still was in my car but I was spectating in their car. When I finally figured out what was going on and got back to my car I was in the wall. I have a replay saved but haven't had time to watch it yet.

My question is this. Is there anyway for the system to differenciate between losing connection to the server and actually crashing out of a race. My finishing rate is so so sad because of my losing connection issue not from crashing.( Most of the time anyway!!) Thanks

My question is do you set a max frame rate when playing online? And will this help in anyway. I keep getting the lost connection to server message and get disconnected. The thing is my connection bars are merrilly bouncing away in the bottom left corner and then all of a sudden BAM I'm dissconnected. Does frames per second have anything what so ever to do with this?

I had a "C" license but now when I try to access the CD4 server it tells me I don't have one. So I went to your website and did a license check and my license is gone. Was I deleted for some reason?

Hello everyone

I need a good setup for the xrgt. I can't seem to figure out this car. I've tried the Easy setup packs but the rear end is uncontrolable in the corners. Please help.
I have also tried the Inferno setups and they are beyond my skills as of yet.

In this instance if you at CTRA watch the replay or the previous replays you will be able to pick out the offending drivers no problem. How far back does the server save replays?

I don't think of this as an argument just a discusion of different points of veiw. And I agree with you that the CTRA servers are the cleanest. But there is still quite a bit of crashing on the first teir, Which is why I was trying so hard to get my silver so I could move up to the cleaner more pro server. Thats why this is so frustrating. So close but now so far. I guess I should have put in a couple of more races before shutdown.

Thats great!, but if you were racing Tristan and beat him or came second to him you would have, and did score points along the way?! (Right?) And it didn't matter how much faster he was than you. If you beat him in a race by passing him on the last corner and then were told you can't receive points because you weren't fast enough I'm sure you would have a different veiw on the subject? Maybe I'm wrong! But I don't think so.

How many of your setups did you create? How many of them have you played with and altered to your style of driving? How many times have you watched a replay of a fast lap to get the racing line, braking and turn-in points?

I have done some of these things I've tweaked my setups (not very well I might add!) I've watched the other faster drivers doing laps from in their car. I'm not saying the whole point system is unfair and I love CTRA servers because they are clean and lots of Grandmothers drive there. But I think the points need to be tweaked a bit too. With the way it is now, bronze drivers have to be within 106% of PLATINUM pace just to progress.

This is what I'm trying to say. You are better at expressing your thoughts than I. I had no problem progressing before the switch over and I race clean I might add. Which I think is one of the most important things to consider. I'm 97% towards silver I must have been doing something right before. But maybe not.

If your fastest lap meens so much why not have two or three lap races? Instead of 20 or 35 laps where the focus is more endurance?

I finished a 20 lapper at fern bay last night in second place and received no points. After being spun off on the first chicane, and coming back I was one of the two cars out of about 18 on the lead lap at the finish. People further down received points!? Put in one fast lap and screw the rest of the race seems like the way to go. So unlike the real world that this game is supposed to be imitating. In a real race it doesn't matter how fast you are but where you finish.

On a track, it is possible because it's a "closed road". So even if you are far in front of them (in time) you can be behind, sounds weird isn't it ?

So people created the "blue flag" to allow fast drivers to overtake easily backmarkers...

IMO the backmarker car is invisible, I don't care about him because I am in front of him in "time" => so sometimes I can wreck him if he doesn't let me overtake, simple as that

I hope your understood my point of view, it sounds rude, but the backmarkers cars should be just invisible for leaders, they have no right to disturb leaders race in positions or in time...
