Strange GP in terms of lap times as well, I mean look at Fisichella and Michael Schumacher, both were lapping slowly then boom they're down into the 1:27's.

I know this is a very old topic, but I'm having this exact same problem and don't see the reason in starting a new topic when this one exists.

I've recently been trying to record LFS using fraps. But, 8fps.

Lowered all settings. 8fps.

Half size. 8fps.

I can't work it out, I can record from rFactor at 50fps at full size, but with LFS, 8fps.

If anyone has any possible solution to this, pweez help

I can't see what could cause video's to run at 2x speed, if you play an Mp3 file in the same player that was playing something at 2x speed, is that 2x as well? If it isn't I suppose it could be a codec issue, but even then I'm not sure if that could cause it.

I usually send my setup if someone ask's nicely for it, I mean if someone say, Munko send your set, I'm probably not going to do it, but if someone say's, Munko, could I try that setup please, then of course I'll send it if it isn't a team-set. Which 90% of the time it isn't.

Moral of the story is, ask nicely and usually ye shall recieve

You tried putting any other devices in the same USB port? It could be a fault with that if the wheel seem's okay

Just recently swapped from a black momo to a DFP, prefer the DFP I think.

Black momo has served me well though, just is very bulky compared to the DFP, has fewer buttons.. Nice wheel shape though

Rumiko's final tip is the most important imo.

Allows you to keep more speed and keep the car much more in control round corners, makes a huge difference.

And generally just be smooth, driving smoothly will more often than not lead to new PB's - Speed comes with practise and time
