Divebomb lol he braked at his normal braking point, everyone around him braked very early to care off not contact. yea paul did put his nose down the inside to much so he clipped 3J's rear but it was the RSR car that finished 3J off with tapping his rear.
I do agree with points there but there was nothing wrong in what paul did, he kept is line to defend his position but RSR never gave up which is why them both made contact in which the lag took care of the rest.
Considering how long you have been in the lfs scene you have only touched about 20 combos other then BL1, most is 166 laps on FE3/FXO which is rubbish tbh, considering your saying lfs is all great and mighty you have hardly touched the surface of the game.

Tryed turning off auto download skins in option, no harm in trying it then join a server to see if the problem remains.
It's only delayed by 2 weeks which in pc gaming is nothing compared to what most games get delayed by.
What's your OS? because on vista/W7 but mainly windows i sometimes have the issue where the windows experience performance tool (WinSAT.exe) starts in the background which can cause stupid fps drop but under my experience it's worse then your problem.

Anyway not a big off GT5 cause it's on a ps3 but if it came to pc i could always look the other way, the vids and picture do look very nice but every game that has claimed they are a sim are not even close because just look at NFS shit, it's got nice gfx's but it's not even a decent game. To much bloom and that lose focus over 30mph bullshit is really off putting.... can say the same for no mph option but enough of talking about NFS.
I kinda like gt4 back on the ps2 but that's when i was a console fan but with gt5 it's just not even catching my eye because they have spent to much time making it look so nice it has lost the novelty effect of being a new toy to play with, with the ps3 slim still being so pricey i will miss this game and wait for something new to replace it on the pc (rTractor 2 comes to mind).

Why did you bother to revive this 3 year old thread for?
Was looking at the hi-res photo pack and tbh who ever took them needs to know how to make good photos cause there is no visible sign off AA/AF used at all plus the quality is crap for showing off a real track which is a very big deal for lfs, anyone know who took the photo's?

There was only 2 things i could remember that was leaked, S2 pre beta/alpha whatever you call it and the sound editor leaked by kid.
To add more speculation to the topic, i heard from a betatester that the track have been laser scanned for perfection.
