You can set it in-game, press ESC -> Sound, and it should be there somewhere, if not, then look under "Misc"

EDIT: Niall, can't you use 3id server? HR server has insim (not finished) so I can't choose these cars there right now.

They don't have to make them straight right now, it takes some time to make them without mistakes, I tried them also one day, but it was too hard for me, and didn't bother pissing myself off more with them.

About tyres, download the .dds files, and just add them into your lfs/data/dds folder, it overwrites it, and voila you have them.
