You can make it look like the XRR/XFR wheel and add the buttons there and then put the buttons in there and connect with the wheel brain or whereever the button wires are going. Would take shitloads of time to make probably and not very easy (for me), but you can give a try.
It's their opinion what they put there and use it, if the people/admins of the server don't like it, he can be booted out.
