I think the notion that a magical, omnipotent being somehow appeared out of nowhere, created the earth, created man etc etc is utter madness.

Religion is a crutch, either that or people are brainwashed from a young age, and know no different.

Like I said, it was created as a tool to control mass populations through fear, fear of "hell", fear of not going to "heaven", behave this way or you'll suffer etc etc.

Religion has prayed on the human races natural intolerances and magnified them to such a degree that we have the situation(s) we have now, mass genocide, murder, violence, intolerance, all in the name of "god".

It never ceases to amaze me how many seemingly intelligent people believe in this sanctioned brainwashing that is religion.

I mean, if you behave in a certain way, then you'll "go to heaven", anyone with the slightest bit of intelligence can see that there is no "heaven", there is no "soul", once your body dies and the electrical impluses stop firing, thats it, nothing, no heaven, no hell.

You should behave in a decent manner because its the right thing to do, NOT what a group of "dealers" tell you too.

When I say "dealers", I put those that push religion in the same catagory as drug dealers, some people need certain mind altering substances to either just make it through life, or try to make "sense" of life, as far as I am concerned "religion" is a mind altering substance, its ALL about control.

As far as I am concerned, they can all burn each others books till there are none left, the less religion in the world the better IMO.

I know, and that above pic is the reason why I am so sad about it, I mean, only 1/5th of the available cars will look remotely like that, why bother even including the 800 "scummers"

Damage doesn't look anything special TBH, and I am still waiting to see just how "dumbed down" the 800 standard cars will be, I am still reeling from the "no cockpit" in standard cars debacle...

A great little indie flick, sort of a mid-life crisis / coming of age / growing up film, great cast, probably Jeff Daniels best role, and Emma Stone proves shes more than just a comedy support, Ryan Reynolds also does a good job a "the captain".

Well worth a watch IMO, I could identify with Daniels character, seeing as I have yet to grow up!

If I can feature in the top half of any event, then I am happy, going to try for 24min 10mile TT next season, and maybe even a sub-hour 25 TT.....

I've just brought an aero helmet too, supposed to be the next biggest improvement in aero for TT's.

Also, completed my first "crit" this weekend, VERY different form of racing, quite intense!, as you can see from my stats!
