Maybe someone would if you actually had done a decent amount of racing on the demo to show you're a) committed and b) fast, but from your lfsworld stats it's clear you aren't.
That's pretty poor stuff, you could've done a full 360 but instead you turned the wheel the other way and put it in reverse and put it back onto the racing line...

You can see the above features in action at the MoE tracker. The qualifying stuff is almost done, though if you need it now I can give it to you.
I'm pretty sure the cars will be fine, after all most are just S2000 chassis with a heavier NGTC turbo engine stuck in, and they have to be built to cope with 45kg of success ballast anyway.
So let me get this right, once I win some races I get more parts for my cars. And then because I have some better parts than others I can beat them easier. Which means I get more parts, and the new people who join the game can't win because everyone else has better parts for their cars.
I doubt anyone would find that fun, to lose just because someone has better car parts than them. Do you think that would make this game popular?
You don't have an S2 account (see the "Demo racer" under your username on the left?), and if you've played with S2 content it's obviously a cracked version which doesn't let you go online.
Most people don't know enough about setup editing to start from scratch, most people just take a setup from somewhere else like setupgrid.net and maybe make some changes to suit.
A career, great, but what happens when you reach the end of that career path? LFS has been going for 8 years, could you design a career to last that long? And surely those with all the $ to build great cars would just beat all the new guys and make it pointless for them? Apart from setup changes all the LFS cars are the same for everyone, so you know it's the driving skill that wins the race and not because you have a bigger engine.
As for Gran Turismo, the developers Polyphony Digital have over 140 employees, shitloads of cash and a massive audience on consoles. LFS has 3 developers, not much money and a niche sim racing market on PCs. No comparison son.
Well either they lied on the radio to tell RC that they were off the track, or misjudged how close they were to the restart and thought they'd be able to get clear in (quicker) time.
From what I can see of the javascript it updates every 6 seconds.
There's also a program I was given that was created 2 years ago but never released to the public - I will ask the creator if he wishes to make it public for you to try.
BTCC on now (ITV4 or http://www.justin.tv/space_hopper) at a sunny Knockhill, quite hot up here after the rain yesterday - Chilton won the first race ahead of the two Hondas with race 2 coming up soon
