I have this GUI Bug too, tryed to start Lfs in full screen, when in main menu, click on any corner (top/down left/right) and try to drag it, the game minimizes, then going back to it on fullscreen, the buttons are offset, depending on wich corner and direction you dragged.

if it´s from interest, i´m using Windows XP Sp3 32bit, a 2006 PC, nothing very modern, and i can perfectly reproduce this bug.

Btw, all the other features/updates are working Perfect! the trip meter in the RAC and the oil pressure gauges in the LX Cars are Perfect!,

Tryed to reproduce that Shift-U Bug, never happened, and I´m actually experiencing a Boost on Fps, so beside the little bug on here, everything is Ok Scawen .

Well in This point I Support XCNuse, ´cause what he says is true, in my example, i got a Momo racing wheel, and I dont got any money for buy a clutch, with a lot of effort i got my way to get a ps2 over a year ago and i´ve only got like 5 games for it cuz the lack of money, my pc isn´t that new, only 512Mb RAM, 128VRAM, and a dual core 2.8, i run LFS quite a lot and i really like it as it is.

It´s deffinitively a really Bad Idea, ´cause I Know that I´m not the only one in this situation, a lot of people here ( the vast majority) doesn´t got a G25, an ACT Labs set or something with 3 pedals, and what about the case of the people that lives in a country where ACT labs or other PC/Simracing equipment Sellers cant export their products in? so that means that anybody in that country can play Lfs Anymore??, Why I Say this? Because this is a Mostly european community Sim, and the economy in Europe isn´t that bad, btw there´s people from other parts of the world that´s going on this too; ´Cause european economy isn´t that bad, in some time a lot of people will get a G25/A-like setup and bassicly because the introduction of this feature, the admins of most Servers will turn it on, and What About the other people without a set like that??? yes they could join annother server without it enabled, btw they will have to race alone because all the rest of the people is on those european servers with that thing On, because they think it´s more fair racing like that, and then the other people leave the game, and Lfs turns in an European hipocresy Sim, and nobody likes that...

So, taking Less words, If the depelovers Make that an Option in the Control Menu, it´s there for a reason, for that people that likes to:
Play the sim, maybe not much to afford a G25/A-like Set, but that plays the Sim;

For the people that plays it sometimes,

For the people that plays it with mouse (aka Begginers/People with a really bad economic situation),

For the people with Discapacities,

and I could still Going and Going, Btw Like I said before, Auto-Clutch is there for a Reason, And Would be a really bad Idea Blocking it, even if only 1 Server will run it, it´s Just Annother way of Racism, a Thing that We Have to Avoid, End of Disscusion, ITS A BAD IDEA.

PD: You dont have to get the best equipment to be very dedicated in something... it´s How Much You Like to do That Thing, Thats Dedication, not needing the Best equipment for it, btw doing the best you can with what you got, and without ANY Restricctions form Anybody else.

I Was looking at this game and I want to know something: Well all the things you have to do to buy the car (posts, etc) the same for amodding and all other stuff, Btw How are the Races? they are basicly like annother games? What I try to say is: You actually have to Drive the car? like a flash game or something? or is this annother Strategic-alike game??

In Less Words: How is the GamePlay?? could you post a pic or something??? .

Well it happened to me once, is an error with the Driver´s File (the one that contains your ingame name, the tipe or racing suit, the helmet...) you just need to make annother one and tada! no more X car sounds in X car anymore, and NO, you dont need to Unlock S2 again .

Well if Iraq is 144th I should start preparing everything to get the Hell out´ta here, dear god, Venezuela is 120th !, now Thats Scary!!.

Well it isn´t that slow, if the 1.4 TSI Model can reach 240Km/h(+ -) then the 2.0 TSI (our one) deffinitively is faster than that, maybe 260Km/h(again + -)
just like the Tbo cars, btw the Time it takes to get that speed (the Acceleration) is the factor that changes, im affraid to say that those times would be like 1:17 really, and for BL1 (driven by one of those aliens) would be like 1:27 .

Well i took out one of my memory sticks and it´s running without errors so far, btw i´ll still testing it, as i think there´s nothing wrong with Lfs, it was my PC, sorry to everyone for that and Thanks for Help! .

Shadowww: well I already tryed that, that´s why i posted here, to get annother answer (btw My vCard is an ATI radeon 9200/9250 series, and the newest drivers i can get for it are the v6.14 ones, wich are dated around 2005/2006 :S, and in the AMD site the only ones i found are the 6.11 ones: BIG> :S!)

Inouva: Oh No, Now you scared me, that means that My vCard or one of my MainRam Sticks is damaged or something? .

It isnt overheating: cheked the Temperature: 45º Celcius In Graphics card and 51º in CPU, and it happened me once with my previous Graphic card (a Nvidia GeForce 6200 New out of the box, i sold it coz that).

And i just got annother crash, again i cant get a crash report, just the adress on the windows blue screen, btw it was different, here it is:

Tryed Normal Patch Z and it didnt happened, and something i Missed: It only Happens in MultyPlayer Mode During a race, spectating is annother case.

Well since some time ago i´m experiencing a lot of crashes on LFS, it crashes just after 3-5 Minutes AFTER LEAVING PITS, only happens since Z10, The worst part is that my PC shuts Down and I cant get a Crash log , btw in the window´s blue screen that appears after these crashes, it shows the Tecnical Info, allways the same, i wrote it, it´s a lot of Different numbers, a load of Zeros and different numbers in the last part of each one, this is what i Got (sorry for the NOOBness on programing and stuff...)

Thats right Dark, We bought LFS because is the Simulator we like, we didn´t pay to have rights over Devs, you own a License to use the sim, so be happy with the actual content, I´m very focused in this VW too, but I have something that some of you don´t (and should) that´s PATIENCE, is the key in this situation.

PD: Anyway Scawen said in the first post of this thread that he was going to totally focuse on LFS programing again in two weeks, and this Weekend those two weeks will end, he´s connected, and if everything goes fine, in the next week (starting this monday) we should start to get updates and test patches, that of course, If Everything goes Fine, maybe I´m wrong, but I have to say something: just wait and see!.

Ok so I´m sure now that it will be a great wheel! , and I was thinking on The GT3 RS one too, but Time matters in this situation, because my dad is giving me the opportunity to have one, and maybe in a month when the GT3 comes out, he won´t let me buy it because X and Y, and you know how the parents are when they dont like that you spend money in something that they aren´t interested or can use, so I have to take it in this opportunity, and I´m going for it because now I trust in logitech, The MOMO and my X-530 prove me that Logitech sells quality products, and because I like the G25 A LOT, so I´m going for it, anyway thanks for the advice .

Hi G25 racers , well i have, emm, some questions here about it, because, if everything is ok in the next week, i´ll order one to remplace my Momo :

1. Anyone of you ordered one trought Amazon, recently? you know if they are the rev.B ones? I really wanna run on it without any problems, especially the Shifter.

2. If trought amazon I really got a rev.A one, do you think that the Shifter issues would be avoided if i use it carefully?

3. Again with the Shifter, it´s an obligation to attach it on a table?, i mean, i need annother little table to use it? or i can palce it on something else?.

4. With the wheel it selfs, do you think it can handle more use than a Momo one? I play LFS Like 7 hours a day (of course, not the 7 hours in a row, 4 in the afternoon after the school, and 3 before going to sleep) with my Momo I never had any problems so far, will i have them With G25? it is really that worth that in can handle as much use as i wan´t? (inside the time i play of course, I never played something more than 4 hours in a row and I never will).

Well I´m really hoping that someone answer these questions, so I can be shure that my G25 will be a Quality Wheel, because I really dont wan´t to sell my Momo to get a wheel that will Die in some moment early in the future, i´ll sell it only if the wheel i´ll get is a good one .

Well maybe you need to configurate your sound hardware/integrated sound hardware or anything you have, to 5.1 mode, try looking in the Speaker configuration on the control panel and see what´s going on there, i´m almost sure that it is the problem.

PD: trust me, i have the same speakers and that was the first thing i needed to configurate when I got them.
