Quote from Electrik Kar :Also, this one,

Interesting, so they place the camera outside and then delete the bits that get in the way?
Fail Safe (1964)

Fail Safe 2000

2 for 1

Enjoy
Just came back from Iron Man 2.

*Some spoilers ahead*

What can I say. It was enjoyable, but could of been so much better. I mean the final fight was literally 30seconds....

Also, the whole Monaco GP segment pissed me off so badly I couldnt watch it....

The fighting was also quite bland. (Apart from when the 2 suites were having it out, that was quite well made).

Anyways, like I said, it could of been much better. Bank holiday monday tomorrow, so if you have nothing to do you might want to give it a try.
ye the 3ds max guys werent so good this time
Quote from Electrik Kar :Here's how they did it (I'd definitely recommend watching the movie before seeing this though)

Bugger, you tricked me, it was your remark about the 3d class!

Don't tell me there's some remake, or you've watched the original just now? Anyway, from that golden era of Horror films, you should watch The Fog, Children of the Corn (there's also a Children of the Porn, don't mix them up ), then the first two Halloween's (especially the first one).. The Thing, Pet Sematary... etc..

It's a re-make. Shame, too, 'cause now that's what he'll think the movie really is. Poor children of today...

...For the record, I thought the original(s) were shite, too.
Don't know if it's offtopic to recommend TV shows, but i gotta recommend Sons of Anarchy. Simply amazing, watched both seasons and can't wait for third..

Lost is just terrible. I cannot believe people still watch it...

The Spice Girls were the most successful band of their time... they were still terrible

Just because the mindless majority like something doesn't make it good.

Your point is valid but the Spice Girls weren't terrible!!111

Lady GaGa is, though.

Tests have shown that less smart people tend to watch smarter stuff on tv, because it makes them think they are learning something, while smarter people tend to watch mindless stuff simply for the reason to switch off their minds and relax.

^^ Just to keep on topic, my film recommendations
Blue Streak - Old but still funny.
Cop Out - Watched few weeks ago, pretty funny.
All Of the Die Hard films
Saw Avatar in 3D at the local IMAX the other day. I need to take back what I said about the CG being 'nothing too special'. In 3D, I was able to pick out a ton of detail that I missed the first time around in 2D. 1000's of little bugs everywhere, really nice subtle atmospheric particle effects, each tiny little leaf on a fern showing off true volume and unique form... I left the theatre convinced that it is definitely a leap forward in CGI for film. I'm still frustrated that they chose Duke Nukem for a leading role and were somehow able to resurrect every single personality from Aliens, but with graphics like these the story was inevitebly going to play second fiddle.

Recommend a film you've seen lately.
