I think it's ridiculous

why should red bull have ANY say in things when they've been there for 2 years now? McLaren IS F1 in my mind. Not redbull! and BMW?!?!?!?!? how short of a time have they been around?
picking teams based on what country they have their homebase in doesn't seem to have any weight behind it. i think they're finding a cheesy way to exclude trouble makers and bring in "FIA friendly" teams
every press release by the FIA or Max Mosley just makes me more and more sickened and disgusted.

Ummmm... 6 years if I remember correctly? And not to mention their time with other teams back in the 80's. They may have only been an engine supplier until now but what does it matter? McLaren is only a chassis supplier.
Plus McLaren didn't loose out to BMW (BMW is the only german-only team, correct me if I'm wrong, and its on a country basis so they have the right to claim that place), they lost out to Williams... which does sound a bit odd to me. As for Toyota loosing out to Honda, that's understandable.
