The online racing simulator
Quote from Whiskey :In LFSStat.cfg, change the last line of "TCP mode" to false:

Muchas gracias!

so finally it works, running on Vista with no problem

didn't test to much with fastforwarding, but both LFS and LFSStats work flawlessy in background and I only need it for races for up to about 45 minutes so I simply run it and forget about it for some time...

with the ability to customize the the HTML templates the software is GREAT

just one conclusion on my own experience: some info about troubleshooting included in ReadMe would be nice
It's a pleasure to see it works for you
hi all i'm new to lfs.

1 question.
i tryed this utility, but it is very complex to configure (IP, port, etc...)

there isn't a simple utility for exporting an html report of the lfs race?

i use this program "autosim analizer" for rfactor, it works offline.
simply i load the result file of the race from my local computer, and the program creates the html report:
http://www.f1community.net/79r ... 05_BuenosAires/index.html

Is possible use lfs Stats offline (without entering IP address, port, etc..) and generate an html report from a results/replay local file?

i'm not the server admin but i want to create an html report of the race, is it possible?

if no, there is a program for this?
LFSStats works on the local machine.

It needs to connect to the InSim of your game, and it need your IP (127.0.0.1), and a port (usually 29999).

If you are using Win Vista or 7 you'll need to change the config in LFSStats to not use TCP (TCP=False in cfg).

Once you open the port in your LFS, and after execute LFSStats, you can start watching a mpr
this program works on win 7 64 bit?

when i launch config.exe i see this error message:

"my IP" is my IP showing in the router setting?

(default 192.168.1.1)

is it correct?
No that'll be the router IP, try 127.0.0.1
are you sure you have changed the TCPmode to false?

the begginnig of your config should look like:

#### CONNECTION CONFIG ####
# Host IP.
#Host = 213.161.203.35
Host = 127.0.0.1
# Insim UDP or TCP port.
# Before starting LFSStat you must configure LFS server to use this port for InSim.
# You can do that in command line when starting LFS (/insim=29999) or in talk window of LFS (/insim 29999).
Port = 29999
# TCP mode.
# true if you want to use TCP
# false if tou want to use UDP
TCPmode = false
# Change Password to match Admin password on LFS server.
Password = yourpasswordhere

do not touch the rest of it and it should work
i try this setting, but i have the same error message.

in the

Password = yourpasswordhere

i enter my game password?

p.s. i think this lfs Stats didn't work on win 7 64 bit....

You need to run LFS, and write, in chat window, /insim 29999.
Then, execute LFSStats, and after it loads and connect to LFS; start a replay in LFS, wait until it ends and it's done,
this program works on demo licence, or need S2/S1 licence?

not your game password

your admin password, the one you set up when you host a game on your machine
i don't host a server, so i don't edit that line?
Quote from mauro01 :i don't host a server, so i don't edit that line?

yes, you do edit

go to start new online game screen, you will find an admin password there, set the same here and in your config file

it doesn't matter if you host a game or not, the insim protocol simply uses admin password in communication
i insert admin password, but i have the same error message.

i think it's a hardware incompatibility problem......
Graph generating error

After enabling graph generating, I get the following error after every race:

The following error occurred:

LFSStat, Version=2.0.0.39150

Has someone a hint for me, how to solve this?
I don't really want to disable graph generating.
